ZGBC公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:ZGBC為中國(guó)城軌車輛產(chǎn)業(yè)的進(jìn)步一直不懈的努力著。幾十年技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)的深厚積淀和對(duì)于自主創(chuàng)新、集成創(chuàng)新與引進(jìn)消化吸收再創(chuàng)新的執(zhí)著,成就了ZGBC的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,也成就了中國(guó)軌道客車事業(yè)。目前,我國(guó)50%的鐵路客車和70%的城軌車出自ZGBC[1]。在國(guó)際市場(chǎng),ZGBC憑借技術(shù)和管理的綜合優(yōu)勢(shì)已經(jīng)成功拓展了澳大利亞、伊朗、泰國(guó)、巴基斯坦、孟加拉、斯里蘭卡等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和發(fā)展中國(guó)家的軌道客車市場(chǎng),并逐步打開(kāi)南美、非洲等國(guó)家軌道客車市場(chǎng)的大門,多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)在使用ZGBC的產(chǎn)品。從誕生到現(xiàn)在,ZGBC已躋身于世界一流軌道裝備制造企業(yè)之林,填補(bǔ)著國(guó)內(nèi)甚至世界軌道客車制造史的一項(xiàng)又一項(xiàng)空白。 作者以ZGBC公司為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)公司面臨的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地分析和探討,并進(jìn)一步結(jié)合SWOT分析方法,找到企業(yè)所處環(huán)境的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,,以及企業(yè)本身相對(duì)于行業(yè)其他競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),并根據(jù)這些結(jié)果來(lái)制定公司相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略,從而充分利用機(jī)會(huì)和優(yōu)勢(shì),避免自己的劣勢(shì)和威脅。最后針對(duì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略給出相應(yīng)的實(shí)施及相關(guān)措施,希望對(duì)企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:ZGBC for China rail vehicle industry progress has been unremitting efforts. Decades of deep accumulation of technology development and the persistence of independent innovation, integration innovation and import, digestion, absorption and re-innovation have achieved the core competitiveness of ZGBC as well as the cause of China's rail passenger cars. At present, 50% of railway passenger cars and 70% of urban rail cars come from ZGBC [1]. In the international market, ZGBC has successfully expanded the rail bus market in Australia, Iran, Thailand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and other developed and developing countries, and gradually opened up South America. Africa and other countries rail bus market door, many countries and regions in the use of ZGBC products. From its birth to now, ZGBC has been one of the world's first-class rail equipment manufacturers, filling the gap in the history of domestic and even world rail bus manufacturing. Taking ZGBC Company as the research object, the author makes a detailed analysis and discussion on the internal and external environment faced by the company, and further combines the SWOT analysis method to find out the opportunities and threats of the environment in which the enterprise is located. And the enterprise itself relative to other competitors in the industry strengths and weaknesses, and based on these results to formulate the company's corresponding strategy, so as to make full use of opportunities and advantages, to avoid their own weaknesses and threats. Finally, the corresponding implementation and related measures for the development strategy are given, hoping to provide a reference for the sustainable development of enterprises.
