【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，時代的變遷，人們的消費觀念和以往相比有了很大的不同。尤其對與人們生活息息相關的家化類產(chǎn)品來說，不論在產(chǎn)品功能、功效上還是在包裝、外形上的創(chuàng)新都有了很大的要求。但當前國內(nèi)家化品企業(yè)在技術創(chuàng)新上的局限性很大，企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)、創(chuàng)新投入以及技術創(chuàng)新風險管理等很多方面還不完善。因此，本論文選取了家化品行業(yè)的典型企業(yè)利潔時公司，對其技術創(chuàng)新過程中各環(huán)節(jié)上可能存在的風險進行分析、判斷、評估，尋找主要關鍵風險因素，并對其進行控制，降低家化品企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新風險,減少未知風險帶來的經(jīng)濟損失，完善利潔時企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新風險管理，提高技術創(chuàng)新成功概率。 論文研究以定性分析為主，定量分析為輔，采用理論研究與數(shù)理分析相結合的研究方式進行。通過文獻法全面搜集有關家化品企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新和風險管理的研究資料，并對其進行整理歸納，分析總結，列出相關研究理論成果和進展；通過系統(tǒng)分析法對利潔時公司技術創(chuàng)新實施過程中不同階段、不同方面、不同類別的風險因素進行系統(tǒng)的分析和研究，通過對調(diào)查結果的綜合分析，提高風險管理結果的可靠性和準確度。 論文通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：利潔時公司技術創(chuàng)新過程中的風險是可以可控和預防的。企業(yè)在進行技術創(chuàng)新時應對其風險進行預先評估和管理，，根據(jù)評估結果和各階段風險的不同特點進行有針對性的進行預防和控制，降低風險發(fā)生的概率；利潔時公司技術創(chuàng)新過程中的不確定因素具有遞減性。隨著研發(fā)的進行，項目的不可控因素逐漸減少，風險發(fā)生的概率大幅降低。研究結果對家化品行業(yè)的其它企業(yè)具有很好的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the change of times, people's consumption concept is very different from the past. Especially for the household products which are closely related to people's life, there is a great demand for innovation in product function, efficacy and packaging. However, at present, domestic chemical enterprises have great limitations in technological innovation, and many aspects of innovation system, innovation investment and risk management of technological innovation are not perfect. Therefore, this paper selects Lijiesi Company, a typical enterprise of home chemicals industry, to analyze, judge, evaluate, search for the main key risk factors in each link of its technological innovation process, and control them. It can reduce the risk of technology innovation, reduce the economic loss caused by unknown risk, perfect the risk management of technology innovation, and increase the probability of technological innovation success. Qualitative analysis is the main research method, quantitative analysis is secondary, and theoretical research is combined with mathematical analysis. Through the method of literature, we collect the research data of technology innovation and risk management of domestic chemical products enterprises, and summarize them, analyze and summarize them, and list the relevant theoretical achievements and progress. Through the systematic analysis of the different stages, different aspects and different types of risk factors in the implementation process of technology innovation of LJ Company, the author makes a systematic analysis and research on the risk factors, and through the comprehensive analysis of the results of the investigation, Improve the reliability and accuracy of risk management results. The paper finds that the risks in the process of technological innovation can be controlled and prevented. In order to reduce the probability of risk occurrence, enterprises should carry out pre-assessment and management of their risks in the process of technological innovation, and carry out targeted prevention and control according to the evaluation results and different characteristics of risks in each stage. The uncertain factors in the process of technological innovation of LJ Co., Ltd are decreasing. As R & D goes on, the uncontrollable factors of the project are gradually reduced, and the probability of occurrence of risk is greatly reduced. The results of the study have a good reference significance for other enterprises in home chemicals industry.
