精益管理在昆明卷煙廠的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:Lean management is to use lean thought to eliminate all waste in the whole management link, to promote value, to eliminate waste, to realize the maximization of resource sharing efficiency and benefit output, to demand benefit from management, and to seek methods for management. A management model and concept that should be advanced to management. Lean management plays an important role in promoting the competitiveness of enterprises. It is an advanced management method which is helpful to solve the problems of production management and so on that the tobacco industry is generally facing at present. Kunming cigarette Factory (hereinafter referred to as "Kun Tobacco"), as the core production plant of the national key brand "Yunyan", already has a first-class domestic and international advanced infrastructure and technical equipment, But in the basic management and so on soft power aspect and the industry advanced factory still has the certain disparity. How to introduce and effectively apply lean management, seek a breakthrough in management, improve the level of development and tap the potential of the factory has become an urgent task for Kunming cigarette Factory at the present stage. On the basis of exploring the essence of Toyota production and its successful experience, this paper introduces the concept and characteristics of lean production, analyzes the sources, elements, methods and tools of lean management. It provides a direction for further research on the theory of lean management. According to the current situation of management and technology of Kunming cigarette factory, combining the relevant theory and application of lean management, from the propaganda and training of lean management, the cultivation of lean talents, the promotion of lean 6S management and the improvement of lean staff, Lean culture construction to include production, equipment, quality, standardization of the four aspects of Lean thematic promotion, research Lean management theory in Kunming cigarette Factory, the implementation of the evaluation of the results of the stage. Finding out the existing problems and putting forward the optimization suggestions have practical application value for pushing the factory management level and manufacturing level to a new level, and have certain reference value for the tobacco industry to promote the lean management in depth.
