【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,企業(yè)要在這樣的環(huán)境下繼續(xù)生存就必須降低企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本,提高工作效率。而降低生產(chǎn)成本,除了要不斷研究生產(chǎn)加工的新工藝外,用業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的方法來(lái)降低企業(yè)的成本已經(jīng)被公認(rèn)為最有效的方法。因?yàn)橐恍﹪?guó)際知名公司的業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化取得成功,使得更多企業(yè)開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化,業(yè)界將這一現(xiàn)象稱為一場(chǎng)企業(yè)管理史上的革命。采購(gòu)對(duì)成本的影響起著決定性的影響,采購(gòu)是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的重要組成部分,研究顯示制造行業(yè)的采購(gòu)成本占到了總成本的50%～80%,所以采購(gòu)流程是否合理,直接關(guān)系到采購(gòu)成本的高低。企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)重視采購(gòu)流程的優(yōu)化,才能降低采購(gòu)成本,提高采購(gòu)效率,進(jìn)而提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文以首鋼京唐鋼鐵聯(lián)合有限責(zé)任公司電氣設(shè)備采購(gòu)流程為研究對(duì)象,探討如何運(yùn)用業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的方法對(duì)京唐公司的采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,本文對(duì)首鋼京唐公司現(xiàn)行的設(shè)備采購(gòu)流程進(jìn)行梳理,通過(guò)流程分析,找出流程中存在的問(wèn)題和原因,運(yùn)用業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的思想和理論對(duì)問(wèn)題環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改善。本文對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化和供應(yīng)鏈管理相關(guān)理論的分析,分別介紹了采購(gòu)流程優(yōu)化的方法、工具和步驟;然后通過(guò)制定首鋼京唐公司采購(gòu)流程優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)和策略,分別對(duì)改善組織機(jī)構(gòu),開(kāi)發(fā)和管理供應(yīng)商,制定采購(gòu)計(jì)劃,完善招標(biāo)和付款流程,推行零庫(kù)存管理等方面進(jìn)行流程的優(yōu)化;最后以ERP的系統(tǒng)為保障,對(duì)首鋼京唐公司采購(gòu)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。本文運(yùn)用流程優(yōu)化的理論和方法,成功對(duì)首鋼京唐公司的采購(gòu)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提高了采購(gòu)效率,降低采購(gòu)成本,對(duì)同類企業(yè)的采購(gòu)流程優(yōu)化提供了一定的借鑒作用。同時(shí)也推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化理論向更科學(xué)的方向發(fā)展,使其更具有操作性和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. In order to survive in this environment, enterprises must reduce their production costs and improve their working efficiency. In order to reduce the cost of production, the method of business process optimization has been recognized as the most effective way to reduce the cost of enterprises. Because of the success of the business process optimization of some internationally famous companies, more enterprises carry out business process optimization. The industry calls this phenomenon a revolution in the history of business management. Purchasing has a decisive effect on cost. Purchasing is an important part of enterprise production and business activities. Research shows that the purchasing cost of manufacturing industry accounts for 50% of the total cost, so whether the procurement process is reasonable or not, Directly related to the level of procurement costs. Enterprises should pay attention to the optimization of procurement process in order to reduce procurement costs, improve procurement efficiency, and then improve economic efficiency. This paper takes the purchasing process of electrical equipment of Jingtang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Shougang as the research object, and discusses how to optimize the purchasing business process of Jingtang Company by using the method of business process optimization. This paper combs the current equipment purchasing process of Jingtang Company of Shougang, finds out the existing problems and causes through process analysis, and optimizes and improves the problem by using the idea and theory of business process optimization. This paper analyzes the relevant theories of business process optimization and supply chain management, and introduces the methods, tools and steps of purchasing process optimization. Then, by formulating the objectives and strategies for optimizing the procurement process of Jingtang Company of Shougang, we will improve the organization, develop and manage suppliers, formulate purchasing plans, and improve the bidding and payment processes, respectively. Implement zero inventory management and other aspects of process optimization; Finally, based on the ERP system, the procurement process of Shougang Jingtang Company is optimized. By using the theory and method of process optimization, this paper successfully optimizes the purchasing process of Shougang Jingtang Company, improves the purchasing efficiency, reduces the purchasing cost, and provides a certain reference for the optimization of the procurement process of the similar enterprises. At the same time, it also promotes the development of business process optimization theory to a more scientific direction, making it more operational and practical value.
