精益生產(chǎn)模式下天津一汽夏利企業(yè)節(jié)能管理研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,環(huán)境保護(hù)和資源節(jié)約被受到更廣泛的認(rèn)識(shí)。降低工業(yè)企業(yè)的能源消耗已經(jīng)成為國家高度的戰(zhàn)略課題。汽車制造業(yè)作為我國工業(yè)的重要組成部分,近年來發(fā)展迅猛。隨著競爭的日益激烈,降低成本逐漸成為各大汽車生產(chǎn)廠共同的目標(biāo)。本文通過對(duì)精益生產(chǎn)方式精髓的闡述,提出了消除能源浪費(fèi)是降低汽車生產(chǎn)廠制造成本的有效途徑。隨后通過對(duì)精益生產(chǎn)模式下節(jié)能管理從“省能源”到“少能源”理念的轉(zhuǎn)變,提出了針對(duì)能源消耗流程,利用“少能源”七種分析工具發(fā)現(xiàn)能源浪費(fèi)并消除,并通過管理手段維持改善成果的節(jié)能路徑。接下來以天津一汽夏利華利新工廠這一自主汽車企業(yè)為背景,運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)模式下的“少能源”理念對(duì)工廠能源消耗流程的分析,利用“少能源”分析工具發(fā)現(xiàn)電系統(tǒng)的能源浪費(fèi)。隨后介紹了采用技術(shù)和管理手段對(duì)電能浪費(fèi)進(jìn)行節(jié)能改善的案例。最后進(jìn)行了效果總結(jié)并提出了下一步的改善方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in China, environmental protection and resource conservation have been widely recognized. Reducing the energy consumption of industrial enterprises has become a high strategic issue for the country. As an important part of Chinese industry, automobile manufacturing industry has developed rapidly in recent years. With the increasingly fierce competition, reducing costs has gradually become the common goal of major automobile manufacturers. By expounding the essence of lean production mode, this paper puts forward that eliminating energy waste is an effective way to reduce manufacturing cost of automobile factory. Then, by changing the idea of energy saving management from "saving energy" to "less energy" in lean production mode, the paper puts forward seven analysis tools to find energy waste and eliminate it, aiming at the process of energy consumption. And through management means to maintain improved results of energy-saving path. Next, based on the background of Tianjin FAW Xiali Hualixin Plant, an independent automobile enterprise, using the concept of "less energy" under the lean production mode, the paper analyzes the process of energy consumption in the plant. Using the "little energy" analysis tool to discover the energy waste of the electric system. Then the paper introduces the case of energy-saving improvement by means of technology and management. Finally, the effect is summarized and the next improvement direction is put forward.
