【摘要】：鋯主要用于硅酸鋯、鋯化學(xué)制品、電熔鋯、精密鑄造及玻璃耐火材料等五大消費(fèi)部門中,其中硅酸鋯是目前最大的消費(fèi)部門。由于粗放式的發(fā)展,當(dāng)前鋯英砂的應(yīng)用水平還較為初級(jí),隨著國(guó)內(nèi)鋯產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級(jí)和結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,鋯的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)也將隨之發(fā)生變化。本文通過研究鋯英砂的消費(fèi)現(xiàn)狀,綜合考慮國(guó)家未來政策導(dǎo)向、產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和替代等因素,對(duì)我國(guó)鋯英砂未來需求進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析。分析認(rèn)為:1近年來我國(guó)鋯英砂需求有所下降,但2015年以后由于我國(guó)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,鋯英砂需求將會(huì)有一定的回升;22015-2025年鋯英砂的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)也將發(fā)生較大變化,其在鋯化學(xué)制品行業(yè)中的用量將超過陶瓷行業(yè)中的用量成為第一消費(fèi)部門;32015-2025年由于較多鋯礦山面臨資源枯竭,全球鋯英砂將在保持一段時(shí)間的供過于求之后出現(xiàn)供不應(yīng)求;而我國(guó)鋯英砂資源有限,未來長(zhǎng)期依賴進(jìn)口的局面不會(huì)改變,國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)企業(yè)應(yīng)積極參與海外鋯英砂資源的開發(fā),以保障我國(guó)鋯英砂資源供應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Zirconium is mainly used for zirconium silicate, zirconium chemical products, fused zirconium, precision casting and glass refractories, among which zirconium silicate is the largest consumption department. Due to the extensive development, the current application level of zircon sand is relatively primary. With the upgrading of domestic zirconium industry and structural adjustment, the consumption structure of zirconium will also change. In this paper, the consumption status of zircon sand is studied, and the future demand of zircon sand in China is systematically analyzed by taking into account the future policy orientation, the trend of industrial technology development and the substitution of zircon sand. The results show that: 1 the demand for zircon sand in China has declined in recent years, but after 2015, due to the rapid development of strategic emerging industries in China, the demand for zircon sand will pick up to a certain extent, and the consumption structure of zircon sand will also change greatly in the period of 22015-2025. The consumption of zirconium in the zirconium chemical industry will exceed that in the ceramic industry to become the first consumer sector, 32015-2025, because more zirconium mines are faced with the depletion of resources, the global zircon sand will be in short supply after a period of oversupply. But the zircon sand resources in our country are limited and the situation of relying on imports for a long time in the future will not change. The domestic related enterprises should actively participate in the development of overseas zircon sand resources in order to ensure the supply of zircon sand resources in China.
