【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和競爭的日趨激烈,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)低成本的運營,快速滿足市場需求和不斷提升企業(yè)競爭力是企業(yè)一直孜孜以求的目標(biāo)。精益生產(chǎn)源自于日本豐田公司,越來越多的企業(yè)開始學(xué)習(xí)精益生產(chǎn)的理論和方法,并將之推廣到實際的管理工作中,都有效的提升了企業(yè)運營業(yè)績。本文將DS(南通)公司實施精益生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行研究,首先簡要的介紹該公司運營狀況,對公司的基本生產(chǎn)設(shè)施、工藝流程、生產(chǎn)工序、包裝工序和倉庫管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述,指出其存在的主要問題,如生產(chǎn)工序不平衡、包裝布局不合理和設(shè)備可靠性低、倉庫員工作業(yè)效率低和技能不足等等。根據(jù)這些問題,構(gòu)建了實施方案和進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。實施效果證明,公司的成本、產(chǎn)能、人員工作效率和技能、設(shè)備保障等等,都取得了明顯的進(jìn)步。本文認(rèn)為,DS(南通)公司作為一個典型的農(nóng)藥化工生產(chǎn)型企業(yè),其成功推進(jìn)精益生產(chǎn),對提升自身的管理,整合企業(yè)資源,和企業(yè)應(yīng)對激烈的競爭至關(guān)重要,同時對我國農(nóng)化公司進(jìn)行精益生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的運用和推廣具有積極的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the increasingly fierce competition, to realize the low cost operation, to meet the market demand quickly and to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise is the goal that the enterprise has been striving for all the time. Lean production originates from Toyota Company of Japan. More and more enterprises begin to learn the theory and method of lean production and extend it to practical management. In this paper, the implementation of lean production in DS (Nantong) company is studied. Firstly, the operation status of the company is briefly introduced, and the basic production facilities, process flow, production process, packaging process and warehouse management are described. The main problems are pointed out, such as unbalanced production procedure, unreasonable packaging layout, low reliability of equipment, low efficiency and insufficient skills of warehouse staff, and so on. According to these problems, the implementation scheme and improvement are constructed. Implementation results show that the company's cost, capacity, staff efficiency and skills, equipment support, and so on, has made significant progress. , DS (Nantong) as a typical pesticide chemical production enterprise, its success in promoting lean production is very important to improve its management, to integrate enterprise resources, and to cope with fierce competition. At the same time, it can be used for reference in the application and popularization of lean production technology in agricultural chemical companies of our country.
