[Abstract]:Recently, the State Council formally approved the "Suzhou Industrial Park to carry out open and innovative comprehensive test program". To this end, the reporter interviewed the vice-president of the Institute of International Trade and Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce, open-style economic research expert Li Guanghui. He believed that the State Council's approval of the Suzhou Industrial Park to launch an open and innovative comprehensive experiment is an active exploration of building a new open economy system.
