【摘要】：基于2004-2014年的季度數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建向量自回歸(VAR)模型,著重探討去產(chǎn)能所帶來的產(chǎn)能利用率變動(dòng)對(duì)我國(guó)工業(yè)投資效率的影響。結(jié)果表明,產(chǎn)能利用率提高對(duì)工業(yè)投資效率具有正向作用,即去產(chǎn)能不僅促使產(chǎn)能過剩行業(yè)本身經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況改善,而且還能夠給非過剩行業(yè)帶來正外部性,提高其投資效率。
[Abstract]:Based on the quarterly data from 2004 to 2014, a vector autoregressive (VAR) model is constructed to study the impact of the change of productivity utilization rate on the efficiency of industrial investment in China. The results show that the improvement of capacity utilization rate has positive effect on industrial investment efficiency, that is, deproduction capacity not only improves the operating condition of overcapacity industry itself, but also can bring positive externality to non-surplus industry and improve its investment efficiency.
