【摘要】：目前建筑市場(chǎng)秩序比較混亂,建筑施工企業(yè)面臨著多種經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)嚴(yán)重制約著企業(yè)的發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的提高。對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理研究具有理論以及實(shí)踐意義。文章就建筑施工企業(yè)面臨的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了識(shí)別并提出了規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的對(duì)策。第一章介紹了該課題研究的目的、意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及采用的研究思路和研究方法;第二章對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的基本概念、管理原理以及管理方法進(jìn)行了論述;第三章分析了施工企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理過程中常見的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并探討了導(dǎo)致這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的具體原因;第四章提出了規(guī)避和管理經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的具體方法和對(duì)策;第五章以某小區(qū)項(xiàng)目為例,分析了A企業(yè)在該項(xiàng)目經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中面臨的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并提出了具體的規(guī)避和管理措施。施工企業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)過程中,必須加大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理力度,才能降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)損失以及提高企業(yè)效益,才能在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:At present, construction market order is relatively chaotic, construction enterprises are facing a variety of business risks. Management risk seriously restricts the development of enterprises and the improvement of economic benefits. The research on the management of business risk has theoretical and practical significance. This paper identifies the management risks faced by construction enterprises and puts forward countermeasures to avoid them. The first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of the research, the status quo of the research at home and abroad, the research ideas and research methods adopted, the second chapter discusses the basic concepts, management principles and management methods of risk and risk management. The third chapter analyzes the common risks in the process of operation and management of construction enterprises, and discusses the specific reasons leading to these risks; the fourth chapter puts forward the specific methods and countermeasures to avoid and manage the operational risks; the fifth chapter takes a small area project as an example. This paper analyzes the management risk faced by A enterprise in the project management, and puts forward the concrete evading and management measures. In order to reduce the risk loss and improve the efficiency of the construction enterprise, it is necessary to strengthen the risk management in the course of operation, so as to be in an invincible position in the fierce market competition.
