【摘要】：已有研究表明,工程中的信任是項(xiàng)目成功的重要因素,因此描述工程項(xiàng)目中合同雙方的信任狀態(tài)是項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。在DBB模式下,以文獻(xiàn)研究為基礎(chǔ),總結(jié)出表征工程信任的關(guān)鍵事件;以基于內(nèi)容分析的訪談為工具,識別出可測量信任狀態(tài)的抓手,明確了合同雙方的信任狀態(tài)表現(xiàn)。據(jù)此,以項(xiàng)目全過程為視角,構(gòu)建了合同雙方信任狀態(tài)的動態(tài)提升模型。研究表明,利用信任狀態(tài)抓手對合同雙方的信任狀態(tài)進(jìn)行客觀測量,有利于雙方明確了解對方的信任水平,并對己方采用的各種改善信任狀態(tài)的措施效果進(jìn)行判斷,以提升項(xiàng)目成功的概率。
[Abstract]:Previous studies have shown that trust in engineering is an important factor in the success of the project, so describing the trust state of both parties in the project is an important link in the implementation of the project. Based on the literature research, the key events representing the project trust are summarized under the DBB model, and by using the interview tool based on content analysis, the grasp of measurable trust state is identified, and the performance of the trust state between the contract and the contract is clarified. From the view of the whole process of the project, the dynamic promotion model of trust state between contract and contract is constructed. The research shows that it is helpful for both sides to know the level of trust of each other and judge the effect of various measures to improve the state of trust. To improve the project's chances of success.
