箭上電源研制項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理研究
[Abstract]:The onboard power is used to supply electric current to launch vehicle instruments, solenoid valves, and detonators. As a key single product of launch vehicle system, it is required to have high quality and reliability. The rocket power supply of active carrier rocket was developed in 1960's, and it is a mature product. The new generation carrier rocket is in the developing stage. The power supply on the rocket should be developed according to the characteristics and requirements of the project, and its quality management process cannot copy the management mode of batch production of mature products. At present, the quality of spaceflight power supply enterprises mainly depends on the quality system documents to manage, the quality assurance requirements of different models are difficult to implement in the relevant project development process. The quality management system of the organization is out of step with the quality management process of the project, and the development process of the project cannot be effectively controlled. In this paper, the research object is the quality management process of the Arrow Power Development Project, and the corresponding quality management process is established according to the characteristics and requirements of the project. The results are as follows: 1) the quality management system of domestic and foreign spaceflight organizations and the quality management system of space projects are compared and studied. This paper puts forward the key problems that need to be solved in the project quality management of aerospace power supply enterprises at present, that is, the problem that the quality management process of the project is out of step with the quality management system of the organization. 2) the requirements of the quality management of the aerospace model are refined. Combining the quality management system of aerospace power supply enterprises with the quality assurance requirements of the carrier model, the quality management system of the development project of the power supply on the rocket is constructed. 3) the implementation process and the working quality of the new generation of the development project of the power supply on the carrier arrow are evaluated. The applicability and effectiveness of the project quality management system are demonstrated.
