【摘要】：正在國家的主導(dǎo)下,促進民用信息產(chǎn)業(yè)與軍工電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的深度融合,實現(xiàn)民用信息產(chǎn)業(yè)與軍工信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)、人才、資金、設(shè)備、信息等要素的自由流動,實現(xiàn)雙向擴散、交流和融合,形成軍民一體化發(fā)展的信息產(chǎn)業(yè),不但有利于形成軍地共同發(fā)展的合力,還能夠大力促進網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和信息化技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展及應(yīng)用。我國網(wǎng)信軍民融合的優(yōu)勢和障礙(一)我國已經(jīng)具備較為完整的網(wǎng)信安全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈我國的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和信息安全行業(yè)
