【摘要】：廣東省作為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的領(lǐng)軍省份和最發(fā)達(dá)省份，發(fā)展環(huán)境和綜合資源優(yōu)勢(shì)極其明顯。廣東省借勢(shì)國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移所帶來的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和地理位置的優(yōu)越性，加之外商直接投資以及省外廉價(jià)勞動(dòng)力的大規(guī)模流入，廣東省近年來外經(jīng)貿(mào)情勢(shì)大好，尤其是制造業(yè)出口。但是其巨大的出口規(guī)模與貿(mào)易順差背后卻是與其出口大省地位不相匹配的出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。廣東省制造業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的依賴于廉價(jià)勞動(dòng)力和外國(guó)資本技術(shù)的大量投入的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式已難以為繼，其長(zhǎng)期研發(fā)和營(yíng)銷兩頭在外的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式更是無法支撐廣東省經(jīng)濟(jì)和對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此，本文希望通過對(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的客觀分析來評(píng)估現(xiàn)階段廣東省制造業(yè)出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平并判斷其未來走勢(shì)，及影響其制造業(yè)出口的因素有哪些? 基于此，本文先是廣泛系統(tǒng)地回顧和梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果，，接著定性分析了廣東省制造業(yè)及其出口貿(mào)易發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，然后采用定量分析的研究方法，用常用的4個(gè)衡量出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)即RCA、MS、TC和CEP指標(biāo)分析了廣東省制造業(yè)自身還有其內(nèi)部的機(jī)電和高新技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平，同時(shí)又與外貿(mào)發(fā)展程度很相近的江蘇、浙江省對(duì)比，進(jìn)行省際比較，試圖解釋廣東省制造業(yè)出口的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平到底如何，是否具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。接著，本文梳理并總結(jié)了各主要相關(guān)因子，包括產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、出口技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)、進(jìn)口貿(mào)易、所有制結(jié)構(gòu)、研發(fā)和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、要素稟賦結(jié)構(gòu)、外資深化的影響機(jī)制，據(jù)此構(gòu)建回歸模型作了實(shí)證分析同時(shí)提出了在當(dāng)今時(shí)代背景下進(jìn)一步改善出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的較為詳細(xì)的政策建議和改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:As the leading province and the most developed province of our country, Guangdong Province has obvious advantages of development environment and comprehensive resources. The development opportunity and advantage of geographical location brought by the opportunity international industrial transfer in Guangdong Province, together with the foreign direct investment and the large-scale inflow of cheap labor force outside the province, have brought about a good foreign economic and trade situation in Guangdong Province in recent years, especially the export of manufacturing industry. But behind its huge export scale and trade surplus is the export competitiveness that does not match its status as a major export province. Guangdong's traditional economic development model, which relies on cheap labor and massive input from foreign capital and technology, is no longer sustainable. Its long-term R & D and marketing industry development model can not support the sustainable development of Guangdong economy and foreign trade. Therefore, this paper hopes to assess the current level of Guangdong manufacturing export competitiveness and judge its future trend through the objective analysis of relevant data, and what are the factors affecting its manufacturing exports? Based on this, this paper firstly reviews and combs the relevant research results at home and abroad, then qualitatively analyzes the present situation and challenges of Guangdong's manufacturing industry and its export trade, and then adopts the quantitative analysis method. Using four commonly used indicators of export competitiveness, namely RCA,MS,TC and CEP, this paper analyzes the level of export competitiveness of Guangdong's manufacturing industry and its internal mechanical, electrical and high-tech fields. At the same time, it is similar to Jiangsu, which has a very similar level of development of foreign trade. In order to explain the competitiveness of Guangdong's manufacturing exports, Zhejiang Province compares with other provinces and tries to explain whether there is a competitive advantage in Guangdong's manufacturing exports. Then, this paper summarizes the main related factors, including industrial scale, export technology structure, import trade, ownership structure, R & D and technological innovation, factor endowment structure, the influence mechanism of foreign capital deepening. On the basis of this, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the regression model and puts forward some detailed policy suggestions and improvement measures for further improving export competitiveness under the background of the present era.
