【摘要】：目前，科技競(jìng)爭(zhēng)成為國(guó)際上經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的集中體現(xiàn)，科技成果數(shù)量、質(zhì)量和科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化速度的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)又是其最主要的表現(xiàn)�？萍几�(jìng)爭(zhēng)在經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的比重越來(lái)越大，沒(méi)有科技發(fā)展，任何國(guó)家和地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭永遠(yuǎn)不可能增強(qiáng)，把經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技結(jié)合起來(lái)看，，科研的核心目標(biāo)已經(jīng)是追求科技成果是否能轉(zhuǎn)化生產(chǎn)力并實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化，而不再只是追求技術(shù)先進(jìn)性。科教興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施以來(lái)，隨著國(guó)家對(duì)科技投入的加大和科技創(chuàng)新體系的不斷完善，我國(guó)科技成果數(shù)量大幅增長(zhǎng)，成果轉(zhuǎn)化力度不斷加大。但是，由于目前我國(guó)企業(yè)普遍存在科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化意識(shí)不強(qiáng)，科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化模式較為死板簡(jiǎn)單，運(yùn)行效果較差等問(wèn)題，致使我國(guó)企業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化率一直處于偏低的范疇。因此，結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)例，對(duì)企業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化模式展開(kāi)深入研究，具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在對(duì)企業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化文獻(xiàn)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)出影響企業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)和核心變量，對(duì)比了當(dāng)前我國(guó)企業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的主要模式類(lèi)型及其優(yōu)劣勢(shì)，總結(jié)了企業(yè)科技成果的一般流程。在此基礎(chǔ)上，以XX企業(yè)為例，對(duì)XX企業(yè)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的調(diào)查研究，利用統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性分析，掌握了該企業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化重要的第一手資料，分析該企業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的現(xiàn)狀、科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化模式選擇、科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化模式運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀及其所面臨的的主要困境，并通過(guò)深入分析和研究該企業(yè)現(xiàn)行的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化模式，從中查找出了制約該企業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的主要因素，探討了該企業(yè)在選擇科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化模式過(guò)程中應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題。 最后，通過(guò)對(duì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)梳理總結(jié)XX企業(yè)現(xiàn)行科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化模式存在的一些關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題，結(jié)合當(dāng)前所確立的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化模式有效運(yùn)行的條件，掌握XX企業(yè)主要需求。以此為依據(jù)，提出促使XX企業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化模式有效運(yùn)行的具體對(duì)策與建議。以期通過(guò)本文的研究，促進(jìn)XX企業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)力，提高科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化水平、促進(jìn)企業(yè)科技成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化，著力提升XX企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)，進(jìn)而提升XX企業(yè)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供決策支持。
[Abstract]:At present, the competition of science and technology has become the concentrated embodiment of the international economic competition, and the competition of the quantity, quality and speed of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is its most important performance. The proportion of science and technology competition in economic competition is increasing. Without the development of science and technology, the momentum of economic development of any country or region will never be enhanced. Look at the combination of economy and science and technology. The core goal of scientific research is whether or not scientific and technological achievements can be transformed into productive forces and realize industrialization, rather than merely pursuing the advanced nature of technology. Since the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, with the increase of national investment in science and technology and the continuous improvement of science and technology innovation system, the number of scientific and technological achievements in our country has increased substantially, and the intensity of transformation of achievements has been continuously increased. However, at present, the enterprises in our country generally have some problems, such as weak consciousness of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, relatively rigid and simple transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements, poor operation effect, etc., which result in the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements of Chinese enterprises being on the low side all the time. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the transformation mode of enterprise scientific and technological achievements. On the basis of combing the literature on the transformation of enterprise scientific and technological achievements, this paper summarizes the key points and core variables that affect the transformation of enterprises' scientific and technological achievements, and compares the main patterns and advantages and disadvantages of the transformation of enterprises' scientific and technological achievements in our country at present. The general process of scientific and technological achievements of enterprises is summarized. On this basis, taking the XX enterprise as an example, the paper makes a detailed investigation and research on the XX enterprise, uses the statistical data to carry on the descriptive analysis, has grasped the important first-hand information of the enterprise's scientific and technological achievements transformation. This paper analyzes the present situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the enterprise, the selection of the transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements, the current operating situation of the transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements and the main difficulties it faces, and through in-depth analysis and research on the current transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements in the enterprise, This paper finds out the main factors restricting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the enterprise, and probes into the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of selecting the transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements. Finally, through combing and summarizing some key problems existing in the current transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements in XX enterprises, combining with the conditions of effective operation of the established transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements at present, we can grasp the main requirements of XX enterprises. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions to promote the effective operation of the transformation mode of scientific and technological achievements of XX enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of XX enterprises into real productivity, to improve the level of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, to promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements of enterprises, and to promote the goal of sustainable economic development of XX enterprises. Then improve the comprehensive competitiveness of XX enterprises to provide decision support.
