揚(yáng)州市太陽能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究
[Abstract]:The development and utilization of new energy will help to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, cope with the depletion of fossil energy, reduce dependence on fossil fuels, meet the growing global energy demand and maintain a relatively stable energy price for a long time. For China's strategic emerging industries, driven by the policy, it took several years to complete the 100-year journey of many industries. However, since 2011, the European and American "double-reaction", overcapacity, subsidies cancelled, so that the photovoltaic industry directly into the cold winter. In this paper, Yangzhou solar photovoltaic industry development as the main research content, summarized the domestic and foreign theoretical circles on the development of solar photovoltaic industry related research and achieved a number of research results. The development of photovoltaic industry is analyzed in general theory. The development of new energy and global photovoltaic industry is summarized. The development process, characteristics and shortcomings of solar photovoltaic industry in China are analyzed. Unbalanced development and short-term pressure of technological constraints, but in the long run, the overall development of China's photovoltaic industry is better, the scale of the industry will remain stable growth, the domestic large-scale photovoltaic market will gradually expand, and the optimization and transformation of the industrial structure will be the main topic in the future. After investigating the development status of the solar photovoltaic industry, Yangzhou has made great breakthroughs in the research and development of key technologies and industrialization of important scientific and technological achievements, gathered a large number of world-famous enterprises, and established a series of platforms including information, research and development, financing, testing and so on. At present, there are 60 solar photovoltaic enterprises in the city. The industrial output value above the scale reached 23.42 billion yuan in 2013. The industrial chain is sound, the industrial scale is large, and the industrial cluster has been formed. The competitiveness of Yangzhou solar photovoltaic industry is analyzed by the combination of Porter diamond model and SWOT analysis method. The evaluation results show that Yangzhou solar photovoltaic industry has a good foundation for development, and has a good development prospect and market potential in the whole province and even the whole country. However, there are still some good and bad enterprises in Yangzhou. On this basis, the future development goal of Yangzhou solar photovoltaic industry is to further improve the scientific and technological innovation system of the photovoltaic industry, in terms of scale, high-end equipment, key technology, brand, photovoltaic. According to the target of 100 billion-class pillar industries, the annual output value of the photovoltaic industry chain will reach 100 billion yuan by the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan, the industrial chain will be more perfect and the competitive advantage of the industry will be more obvious. Strengthen planning guidance; strengthen the cultivation of local leading enterprises, focus on serving large projects and enterprises; increase investment in science and technology to speed up technological innovation; open up and apply markets, quickly adjust strategies. Technological innovation; Major projects as the driving force of the industry; Grasp and make good use of historical opportunities; Consolidate and expand the international and domestic photovoltaic market; Encourage and expand the scale of photovoltaic power generation applications.
