【摘要】：制造業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的主體產(chǎn)業(yè),是社會生產(chǎn)與再生產(chǎn)的源頭�，F(xiàn)代企業(yè)的倉庫已成為企業(yè)的物流中心。過去,倉庫被看成一個無附加價值的成本中心,而現(xiàn)在倉庫不僅被看成是形成附加價值過程中的一部分,而且被看成是企業(yè)成功經(jīng)營中的一個關(guān)鍵因素。倉庫作為現(xiàn)代制造企業(yè)里物資流通過程中的重要環(huán)節(jié)和物流過程中的重要節(jié)點,合理的倉庫規(guī)劃與完善的倉庫管理體系會直接影響制造企業(yè)的運營成本,是制造企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展過程中的關(guān)鍵性問題。在新的經(jīng)濟競爭形勢下,企業(yè)在不斷創(chuàng)新發(fā)展中挖掘自己的競爭潛力時,越來越注意到倉庫的重要性。 本文以X制造企業(yè)的實際倉庫規(guī)劃與管理工作為依托,分別從理論和實際應(yīng)用方面對倉庫的規(guī)劃和管理問題進行了深入的研究。在對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對制造企業(yè)倉庫規(guī)劃和管理相關(guān)理論進行了闡釋。然后,從X企業(yè)的實際倉庫規(guī)劃需求出發(fā),明確倉儲策略,劃分功能區(qū)域,估算區(qū)域面積,綜合考慮區(qū)域相關(guān)性等需求,得出倉庫的規(guī)劃方案。規(guī)劃完成后,結(jié)合X企業(yè)倉庫管理的實際案例,本文重點對倉庫管理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)、目視化管理和信息系統(tǒng)在實際的倉儲管理中的應(yīng)用的具體實施方法進行了論述,從完善制度建設(shè),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè),目視化管理,推進信息化建設(shè)等方面入手,全面提升倉庫的管理水平。 本文對制造企業(yè)倉庫的規(guī)劃與管理問題的研究成果是建立在具體實踐工作基礎(chǔ)上的,具有廣泛的理論意義與實踐價值,希望為其他生產(chǎn)企業(yè)倉庫的規(guī)劃設(shè)計和管理工作提供有價值的決策參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing industry is the main industry of national economy and the source of social production and reproduction. The warehouse of the modern enterprise has become the logistics center of the enterprise. In the past, warehouse was regarded as a cost center without added value, but now warehouse is not only regarded as a part of the process of forming added value, but also as a key factor in the successful operation of an enterprise. As an important link in the material circulation process and an important node in the logistics process in modern manufacturing enterprises, reasonable warehouse planning and perfect warehouse management system will directly affect the operating costs of manufacturing enterprises. It is the key problem in the process of existence and development of manufacturing enterprises. Under the new situation of economic competition, enterprises pay more and more attention to the importance of warehouse when they excavate their competitive potential in the process of continuous innovation and development. Based on the actual warehouse planning and management of X manufacturing enterprises, this paper makes a deep research on the planning and management of warehouse from the aspects of theory and practical application. Based on the analysis of the present research situation at home and abroad, the related theories of warehouse planning and management in manufacturing enterprises are explained. Then, based on the actual warehouse planning demand of X enterprise, the planning scheme of warehouse is obtained by defining the storage strategy, dividing the functional area, estimating the area of the area and synthetically considering the requirement of regional correlation. After the completion of the planning, combined with the actual case of warehouse management in X enterprise, this paper focuses on the concrete implementation methods of the standardization operation, visual management and information system application in the actual warehouse management. From the aspects of perfecting system construction, standardizing operation, visual management and promoting information construction, the management level of warehouse can be improved in an all-round way. In this paper, the research results of warehouse planning and management in manufacturing enterprises are based on concrete practical work, which has extensive theoretical significance and practical value. This paper hopes to provide valuable reference for the planning, design and management of warehouse in other manufacturing enterprises.
