【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,項(xiàng)目管理的作用也越來(lái)越突出。項(xiàng)目管理硬的技術(shù)被廣泛用于生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中,并取得了巨大的成功。除此之外,項(xiàng)目溝通作為軟技術(shù)在項(xiàng)目中的地位也越來(lái)越重,項(xiàng)目決策、計(jì)劃和實(shí)施都依賴(lài)項(xiàng)目信息的溝通。因此,有效的溝通對(duì)于項(xiàng)目的成功有著至關(guān)重要的作用。FGD項(xiàng)目工期嚴(yán)重延誤問(wèn)題是本文研究的切入點(diǎn)。文章首先綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外溝通理論的研究狀況;接著,介紹了FGD項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的背景,對(duì)幾十位項(xiàng)目干系人問(wèn)卷調(diào)查研究,確定了FGD項(xiàng)目工期延誤的主要原因是項(xiàng)目溝通不暢。并采用訪(fǎng)談?wù){(diào)查的方法,獲得了項(xiàng)目溝通的多個(gè)問(wèn)題,并進(jìn)行了分析;然后制定了改善溝通的措施;最后,建立了FGD項(xiàng)目溝通管理模型,對(duì)模型的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析。本文的研究成果:通過(guò)調(diào)查研究的方法確定了FGD項(xiàng)目工期延誤的主要原因,制定了FGD項(xiàng)目溝通的改進(jìn)措施,建立了FGD項(xiàng)目溝通管理的模型,并對(duì)模型的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析,試圖能為今后解決其他類(lèi)似項(xiàng)目溝通管理的問(wèn)題提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, the function of project management is more and more prominent. Project management hard technology is widely used in production practice, and has achieved great success. In addition, project communication, as a soft technology, plays an increasingly important role in the project. Project decision-making, planning and implementation all depend on the communication of project information. Therefore, effective communication plays an important role in the success of the project. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research status of communication theory at home and abroad, then introduces the background of FGD project implementation, questionnaire survey of dozens of project stakeholders, and determines that the main reason for the delay in the construction period of FGD project is that the project communication is not smooth. By using the method of interview and investigation, several problems of project communication are obtained and analyzed; then the measures to improve communication are formulated; finally, the FGD project communication management model is established, and the risk analysis of the application of the model is carried out. The research results of this paper: through the method of investigation and research, the main reasons for the delay in the construction period of FGD project are determined, the improvement measures of FGD project communication are established, the model of FGD project communication management is established, and the risk analysis of the application of the model is carried out. Try to provide reference for solving other similar project communication management problems in the future.
