西部裝備制造業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率測度及影響因素研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's equipment manufacturing industry has developed rapidly. In 2013, China's equipment manufacturing output value has leapt to the first place in the world, exceeding 20 trillion, accounting for more than one third of the global share. This means that China has become a country worthy of the name of the equipment manufacturing industry. At the same time, it can not be ignored that our country is still far from a powerful country in equipment manufacturing industry. The fact that our equipment manufacturing industry is large but not strong is still a difficult problem that puzzles our country, and the core competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry is low. The technical level is backward and so on. On this point, the inferiority of the west is more obvious, and it is very important to strengthen the core competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in our country and even in the west. Therefore, to calculate the total factor productivity level of the equipment manufacturing industry in the west, It is undoubtedly of practical significance to study the influencing factors and explore the reasonable countermeasures to enhance the total factor productivity in the western equipment manufacturing industry. This paper takes "the total factor productivity of the western equipment manufacturing industry" as the research object. On the basis of analyzing the domestic and foreign research situation of the productivity, the paper first analyzes the current situation of the equipment manufacturing industry in the west and the main problems it faces. Secondly, using the DEA model based on Malmquist to measure and decompose the total factor productivity level of the western equipment manufacturing industry, analyze the total factor productivity of all industries and regions of the equipment manufacturing industry in the west of China, and explore the total factor productivity. The change trend of technological progress and technical efficiency, understand the development trend of total factor productivity and regional development characteristics of western equipment manufacturing industry; finally, on the basis of historical literature research and combing, Combined with the industry characteristics of the western equipment manufacturing industry, this paper puts forward eight main factors that affect the total factor productivity of the western equipment manufacturing industry: industry scale, industry profit situation, R & D investment, human capital, foreign trade dependence, etc. The degree of opening to the outside world, the process of industrialization and the degree of marketization, select appropriate indicators for these influencing factors, and use the fixed effect model based on panel data to study its impact on the total factor productivity of the equipment manufacturing industry in the west and analyze it. This paper reveals the main factors that influence the change of total factor productivity of equipment manufacturing industry in western China, and puts forward practical and effective policy recommendations according to the conclusions of the research. The results show that the total factor productivity and technical efficiency of western equipment manufacturing industry have significant correlation with industry profitability, industry scale, dependence on foreign trade and marketization. The technical progress index also has certain correlation with the research and development investment. In the end, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward for the western equipment manufacturing industry.
