【摘要】：從利潤(rùn)影響度、市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、需求穩(wěn)定性對(duì)煤炭物資分類,針對(duì)篩選出的戰(zhàn)略波動(dòng)型物資,構(gòu)建由7個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)、16個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)組成的多層次多屬性供應(yīng)商選擇指標(biāo)體系。結(jié)合實(shí)例,采用改進(jìn)的三標(biāo)度層次分析法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,運(yùn)用PROMETHEE-II法計(jì)算各供應(yīng)商的凈流量值對(duì)其排序,得到最終決策。整個(gè)決策過(guò)程可操作性強(qiáng),對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)供應(yīng)商選擇有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:According to the influence degree of profit, the risk of market supply, the stability of demand and the classification of coal materials, a multi-level and multi-attribute supplier selection index system composed of 7 first-grade indexes and 16 second-class indexes was constructed for the selected strategic fluctuating materials. Combined with an example, the improved three-scale analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the index weight, and the PROMETHEE-II method is used to calculate the net flow value of each supplier in order to get the final decision. The whole decision-making process is operable and has certain guiding significance to the supplier selection of coal enterprises.
