PLM系統(tǒng)在醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:PLM(Product Lifecycle Management,即產(chǎn)品全生命周期管理)是現(xiàn)代制造企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的重要組成部分,是企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)研發(fā)生產(chǎn)高效管理的有效技術(shù)手段,可協(xié)助企業(yè)縮短產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和周期,減低設(shè)計(jì)變更成本,加快產(chǎn)品上市速度,提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,從而提升組織的工作效率,降低研發(fā)成本,最終為企業(yè)構(gòu)建核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的數(shù)字化基礎(chǔ)。目前PLM系統(tǒng)已在航空、汽車、電子等行業(yè)已經(jīng)得到廣泛應(yīng)用,但在醫(yī)療器械行業(yè),除幾個(gè)大型的全球跨國(guó)性醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)外,國(guó)內(nèi)的企業(yè)應(yīng)用PLM系統(tǒng)的還很少,PLM系統(tǒng)如何在國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)得到成功實(shí)施并應(yīng)用,可以借鑒和參考的經(jīng)驗(yàn)不多。本論文基于作者工作單位PLM項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的全過程,在參考國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,首先闡述了PLM的基本概念、原理、行業(yè)研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)所處的全球化市場(chǎng)條件下,不同國(guó)家地區(qū)目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)的監(jiān)管要求和可審計(jì)性要求,以及企業(yè)本身的研發(fā)生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀,論文進(jìn)行了醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)PLM系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的詳細(xì)需求分析,包括功能性的和非功能性需求;谛袠I(yè)需求,闡述了系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)和產(chǎn)品選型的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和過程。然后基于產(chǎn)品選型,本文提供了系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的詳細(xì)方案設(shè)計(jì),并結(jié)合實(shí)際企業(yè)實(shí)踐,給出了實(shí)施過程建議。最后論文進(jìn)行了PLM系統(tǒng)實(shí)施效果的初步評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:PLM (Product Lifecycle Management, (product life cycle management) is an important part of modern manufacturing enterprise information construction, is an effective technical means for enterprises to achieve efficient management of R & D production, and can help enterprises shorten product design and cycle. To reduce the cost of design change, accelerate the speed of product marketing, improve the quality of products, improve the efficiency of the organization, reduce the cost of research and development, and finally lay a solid digital foundation for enterprises to build core competitiveness. At present, PLM system has been widely used in aviation, automobile, electronics and other industries, but in the medical device industry, except for several large global multinational medical device enterprises, Few domestic enterprises apply PLM system to the successful implementation and application of the PLM system in domestic medical device enterprises, and there are few experiences that can be used for reference. Based on the whole process of the implementation of the PLM project in the author's work unit, this paper firstly expounds the basic concept, principle, industry research and application status of PLM based on the reference of relevant literature and application experience at home and abroad. In view of the global market conditions of domestic medical device enterprises, the regulatory requirements and auditable requirements of target market regulatory agencies in different countries and regions, as well as the current situation of R & D and production management of enterprises themselves, The detailed requirement analysis of PLM system implementation in medical device industry, including functional and non-functional requirements, is carried out in this paper. Based on industry demand, the standard and process of system business design and product selection are expounded. Then, based on the product selection, this paper provides the detailed scheme design of the system implementation, and combined with the actual enterprise practice, gives the implementation process suggestions. Finally, the paper evaluates the effect of PLM system.
