【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國經濟獲得了前所未有的發(fā)展,經濟總量不斷邁上新臺階,人們已經告別了二十多年前追求溫飽的階段,物品不再短缺,人們在生活改善的同時,越來越重視產品質量,特別是個別不良商家產品質量問題造成的惡劣后果,更使得“質量”成為了全社會共同關注的熱點詞匯。揚州市杭集鎮(zhèn)是我國洗漱用品產業(yè)的集聚區(qū),主要生產牙刷以及延伸的酒店日用品、衛(wèi)生用品、包裝材料等產品。經過30多年的發(fā)展,行業(yè)的發(fā)展已經比較成熟,企業(yè)間的競爭也日趨激烈,導入先進的質量管理模式,進一步提高企業(yè)的產品質量水平成為很多企業(yè)的內在要求。本文所研究的SX集團是杭集區(qū)域內大型日化用品生產企業(yè),創(chuàng)建于1989年,1996年注冊江蘇SX集團有限責任公司,公司占地面積1800畝,在崗職工1196人,開發(fā)和擁有涵蓋牙刷、盤香、氣霧殺蟲劑、電熱蚊香片、電熱蚊香液、衛(wèi)生巾、衛(wèi)生護墊、嬰兒紙尿褲、紙尿片9大類266種產品。本文重點討論了六西格瑪質量管理在SX集團的應用。本文首先對國內外質量管理和六西格瑪質量管理方面的理論進行了梳理,在此基礎上,對SX集團的企業(yè)情況及六西格瑪質量管理的應用情況進行了介紹,并運用DMAIC流程對衛(wèi)生巾生產過程采用六西格瑪質量管理方法進行了案例討論,最后對六西格瑪質量管理在SX集團的應用提出了建議。通過本文的研究,希望能夠使SX集團的六西格瑪質量管理有更為深入的應用,提升企業(yè)的管理水平和競爭力,同時,筆者也希望本文的研究能夠為該區(qū)域同類型企業(yè)在六西格瑪管理方面提供一定的經驗和借鑒。本文選取了一個真實的企業(yè)作為研究對象,探討六西格瑪質量管理在該企業(yè)的具體應用,具備較強的可操作性,但是,由于時間和能力的限制,對六西格瑪質量管理在企業(yè)文化方面的應用沒有進行更深入的研究,希望能在今后的相關研究中加以改進。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economy of our country has achieved unprecedented development, the total economic volume of our country has continuously stepped up to a new level. People have said goodbye to the stage of pursuing food and clothing more than 20 years ago, the goods are no longer in short supply, and people are improving their lives at the same time. More and more attention has been paid to the quality of products, especially the bad consequences caused by the product quality problems of individual bad merchants, which makes "quality" a hot word that the whole society pays attention to. Hangji Town Yangzhou City is the industrial agglomeration area of washing articles in our country. It mainly produces toothbrushes as well as hotel daily necessities sanitary articles packaging materials and so on. After more than 30 years of development, the development of the industry has been relatively mature, the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, the introduction of advanced quality management model to further improve the level of product quality of enterprises has become the inherent requirements of many enterprises. The SX group studied in this paper is a large production enterprise of daily chemical products in Hangzhou area. It was founded in 1989 and registered with Jiangsu SX Group Co., Ltd in 1996.The company covers an area of 1800 mu and has 1196 employees, including toothbrush and disk incense. Aerosol insecticides, electric mosquito incense tablets, electric mosquito incense, sanitary napkins, sanitary pads, baby diapers, diapers 9 categories 266 products. This paper focuses on the application of six Sigma quality management in SX Group. This paper firstly combs the theories of quality management and six Sigma quality management at home and abroad. On this basis, it introduces the enterprise situation of SX Group and the application of six Sigma quality management. Six Sigma quality management method is used in sanitary napkin production process by using DMAIC process. Finally, suggestions are put forward for the application of six sigma quality management in SX Group. Through the research of this paper, it is hoped that the six Sigma quality management of SX Group will be applied more deeply, and the management level and competitiveness of the enterprise will be improved, at the same time, The author also hopes that the research in this paper can provide some experience and reference for the same type of enterprises in this area in six Sigma management. In this paper, a real enterprise is chosen as the research object, and the concrete application of six Sigma quality management in this enterprise is discussed, which has strong maneuverability. However, due to the limitation of time and ability, The application of six Sigma quality management in corporate culture has not been further studied, and it is hoped that it can be improved in the future.
