華能北京燃?xì)獍l(fā)電項(xiàng)目綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:隨著天然氣開(kāi)發(fā)利用項(xiàng)目的逐步實(shí)施以及先進(jìn)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)制造技術(shù)的引進(jìn),在我國(guó)建設(shè)大型燃?xì)狻羝?lián)合循環(huán)電廠有著越來(lái)越多的優(yōu)勢(shì)。在北京周邊建造大型燃?xì)庹羝?lián)合循環(huán)“熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)”電廠,使北京周邊配備四個(gè)大的“熱電中心”,不僅可以向周邊企業(yè)提供品質(zhì)很高的熱蒸汽,而且可以緩解首都北京近年來(lái)因快速發(fā)展所帶來(lái)的用電和供暖緊張狀況。同時(shí)以天然氣為燃料的燃?xì)?蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)電廠又在保護(hù)環(huán)境、減少大氣污染、改善一次能源結(jié)構(gòu)和電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰方面具有特殊的優(yōu)勢(shì),既可實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,又可保障北京作為國(guó)家首都的安全穩(wěn)定。本文著重研究建設(shè)于CBD東南側(cè)的華能北京熱電廠二期“熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)”項(xiàng)目,通過(guò)對(duì)二期燃?xì)?蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)機(jī)組的綜合分析,運(yùn)用大量的數(shù)據(jù)和事實(shí)說(shuō)明了該二期項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的可行性和必要性。本文分五個(gè)部分。第一部分對(duì)華能北京熱電廠二期項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的必要性進(jìn)行了分析,闡明了研究的框架結(jié)構(gòu)。第二部分介紹了綜合評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)理論及方法,并確定了論文的評(píng)價(jià)方法。第三部分對(duì)項(xiàng)目市場(chǎng)需求進(jìn)行可行性分析,主要包括熱負(fù)荷需求和電力需求兩方面。第四部分構(gòu)建了華能北京熱電廠二期燃?xì)獍l(fā)電項(xiàng)目綜合評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系,并用FAHP法對(duì)項(xiàng)目從工程設(shè)計(jì)、環(huán)境保護(hù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、可持續(xù)性四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。第五部分總結(jié)了論文研究?jī)?nèi)容,并對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題提出了建議和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the gradual implementation of natural gas exploitation and utilization projects and the introduction of advanced gas turbine manufacturing technology, the construction of large gas-steam combined cycle power plants in China has more and more advantages. The construction of a large-scale gas-steam combined cycle "cogeneration" power plant around Beijing will equip the surrounding Beijing with four large "heat and power centers", which can not only provide high quality hot steam to the surrounding enterprises, And can ease the Beijing capital in recent years because of rapid development of electricity and heating tension. At the same time, gas-steam combined cycle power plants with natural gas as fuel have special advantages in protecting environment, reducing air pollution, improving primary energy structure and peak-shaving power network, which can realize the sustainable development of local economy. It can also guarantee the security and stability of Beijing as a national capital. This paper focuses on the "cogeneration of heat and power" project of Huaneng Beijing Cogeneration Power Plant, which is built on the southeast side of CBD, through the comprehensive analysis of the gas-steam combined cycle unit in the second phase. Using a large number of data and facts to illustrate the feasibility and necessity of the second phase of the project. This paper is divided into five parts. In the first part, the necessity of the second phase construction of Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Plant is analyzed, and the frame structure of the study is expounded. The second part introduces the relevant theories and methods of comprehensive evaluation, and determines the evaluation method of the thesis. The third part analyzes the feasibility of project market demand, including heat load demand and power demand. In the fourth part, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the second phase gas power generation project of Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Plant is constructed, and the comprehensive evaluation of the project from four aspects of engineering design, environmental protection, economic benefit and sustainability is carried out with FAHP method. The fifth part summarizes the content of the thesis, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to the existing problems.
