[Abstract]:With the gradual implementation of natural gas exploitation and utilization projects and the introduction of advanced gas turbine manufacturing technology, the construction of large gas-steam combined cycle power plants in China has more and more advantages. The construction of a large-scale gas-steam combined cycle "cogeneration" power plant around Beijing will equip the surrounding Beijing with four large "heat and power centers", which can not only provide high quality hot steam to the surrounding enterprises, And can ease the Beijing capital in recent years because of rapid development of electricity and heating tension. At the same time, gas-steam combined cycle power plants with natural gas as fuel have special advantages in protecting environment, reducing air pollution, improving primary energy structure and peak-shaving power network, which can realize the sustainable development of local economy. It can also guarantee the security and stability of Beijing as a national capital. This paper focuses on the "cogeneration of heat and power" project of Huaneng Beijing Cogeneration Power Plant, which is built on the southeast side of CBD, through the comprehensive analysis of the gas-steam combined cycle unit in the second phase. Using a large number of data and facts to illustrate the feasibility and necessity of the second phase of the project. This paper is divided into five parts. In the first part, the necessity of the second phase construction of Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Plant is analyzed, and the frame structure of the study is expounded. The second part introduces the relevant theories and methods of comprehensive evaluation, and determines the evaluation method of the thesis. The third part analyzes the feasibility of project market demand, including heat load demand and power demand. In the fourth part, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the second phase gas power generation project of Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Plant is constructed, and the comprehensive evaluation of the project from four aspects of engineering design, environmental protection, economic benefit and sustainability is carried out with FAHP method. The fifth part summarizes the content of the thesis, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to the existing problems.
