【摘要】：隨著電飯煲的普及,以及市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的不斷加劇,電飯煲的更新?lián)Q代速度越來越快,產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)速度和產(chǎn)品品質(zhì),直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的生存。產(chǎn)品研發(fā)能力和創(chuàng)新能力已經(jīng)取代原有的生產(chǎn)能力,成為其企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。M公司作為國內(nèi)具有絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)的電飯煲生產(chǎn)企業(yè),在產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)管理和創(chuàng)新管理上不斷嘗試,以謀求在速度和質(zhì)量上的雙提升,因此,卓越的項(xiàng)目管理方式成為一種必要的保障手段。本文以M公司的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和創(chuàng)新研究項(xiàng)目作為研究對(duì)象,從基礎(chǔ)理論、組織架構(gòu)、研發(fā)管理流程和方式方法著手,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理工具、創(chuàng)新管理工具和質(zhì)量管理工具的使用,將項(xiàng)目管理的四要素、五階段以及項(xiàng)目輸出關(guān)注的五方面,全方位立體統(tǒng)合,開展項(xiàng)目管理的應(yīng)用研究,探索當(dāng)前以M公司為代表的小家電企業(yè)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)管理最優(yōu)化模式及其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并給出對(duì)策,幫助企業(yè)建立完善的研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理流程和體系,提升公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of rice cookers and the aggravation of market competition, the renewal speed of rice cookers is becoming faster and faster. The speed of product development and product quality is directly related to the survival of enterprises. Product R & D capability and innovation ability have replaced the original production capacity and become the core competence of the enterprise. M Company, as a domestic rice cooker manufacturer with absolute advantages, is constantly trying on product R & D management and innovation management. In order to improve both speed and quality, excellent project management has become a necessary safeguard. This paper takes the product development and innovation research project of M Company as the research object, from the basic theory, the organization structure, the research and development management process and the way method, unifies the project management tool, the innovation management tool and the quality management tool use, The four elements of project management, the five stages and the five aspects of project output are integrated, and the applied research of project management is carried out. This paper explores the optimization mode of product R & D management and its advantages and disadvantages represented by M Company, and gives the countermeasures to help the enterprise establish a perfect R & D project management process and system to enhance the core competitiveness of the company.
