工業(yè)行業(yè)環(huán)境規(guī)制、創(chuàng)新能力與全要素能源效率的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)

【摘要】:文章以1999~2013年中國36個(gè)工業(yè)行業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,采用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型和中介效應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)?zāi)P蛯?shí)證檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新在環(huán)境規(guī)制與全要素能源效率之間的中介效應(yīng),并劃分高、中、低耗能產(chǎn)業(yè)組進(jìn)行比較研究。研究結(jié)果表明,環(huán)境規(guī)制對高、中、低耗能產(chǎn)業(yè)組全要素能源效率均有正的直接效應(yīng),但中介效應(yīng)不同:在高耗能產(chǎn)業(yè)組中,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新在環(huán)境規(guī)制與全要素能源效率關(guān)系中起到了負(fù)的中介效應(yīng)作用,在中耗能產(chǎn)業(yè)組中,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新起到了負(fù)的完全中介效應(yīng)作用,而在低耗能產(chǎn)業(yè)組中,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新起到了正的中介效應(yīng)作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 36 industrial industries in China from 1999 to 2013, the paper uses panel data model and intermediary effect test model to test the intermediary effect of technological innovation between environmental regulation and total factor energy efficiency. A comparative study of low energy consumption industry groups was carried out. The results show that environmental regulation has positive direct effects on total factor energy efficiency of high, middle and low energy consuming industries, but the intermediate effects are different: in high energy consuming industries, Technological innovation plays a negative intermediary role in the relationship between environmental regulation and total factor energy efficiency. In the medium energy consuming industry group, technology innovation plays a negative role in the complete intermediary effect, while in the low energy consuming industry group, technological innovation plays a negative role. Technological innovation has played a positive intermediary effect.
