山西省制造業(yè)承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移效應(yīng)分析

【摘要】：20世紀(jì)末,伴隨經(jīng)濟(jì)全球一體化進(jìn)程的加快,納米技術(shù)和基因工程等新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷興起,世界范圍內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)得到迅速調(diào)整,推動(dòng)了新一輪國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的掀起。發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家紛紛將其不再具有比較優(yōu)勢(shì)的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)向欠發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家轉(zhuǎn)移。向我國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)移的產(chǎn)業(yè)主要集中在制造業(yè),制造業(yè)是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與社會(huì)進(jìn)步的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),是我國(guó)工業(yè)體系的主要構(gòu)成部分,也是我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化和現(xiàn)代化的主導(dǎo)力量,其整體發(fā)展水平?jīng)Q定著我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、綜合國(guó)力以及在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上的地位。近幾年來(lái),山西省全面實(shí)施轉(zhuǎn)型跨越發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過(guò)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)、政策推動(dòng)、項(xiàng)目帶動(dòng)等措施以推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,制造業(yè)尤其是裝備制造業(yè)得到了快速的發(fā)展。在依靠自身積累促進(jìn)發(fā)展的同時(shí),山西省也在抓住國(guó)際制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的大好機(jī)遇,積極承接制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,努力把山西省打造成為全國(guó)性的現(xiàn)代化制造業(yè)基地。有效承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)是實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)、經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng)的一條捷徑,所以研究山西省制造業(yè)承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的課題具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的研究比較多,但基本上都是基于宏觀的視角來(lái)分析國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移給轉(zhuǎn)出地、承接地所帶來(lái)的影響,而把國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與一個(gè)地區(qū)某一產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展相結(jié)合進(jìn)行考查則比較少。所以,本文以山西省制造業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)分析山西制造業(yè)承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的狀況以期能為山西省制造業(yè)更好地參與國(guó)際分工提供指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn),也希望能給其他省份乃至全國(guó)起到借鑒作用。在研究方法上,本文運(yùn)用定性分析與定量分析、理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合、比較研究的方法,提高了研究結(jié)果的可信度,使得文章的分析和研究更為完善。在研究?jī)?nèi)容上,對(duì)山西省制造業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、制造業(yè)承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀以及在承接過(guò)程中的優(yōu)勢(shì)和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用實(shí)證研究方法分析了國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移對(duì)山西省制造業(yè)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的積極與消極的影響,并提出了促進(jìn)山西省制造業(yè)有效承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的對(duì)策。研究結(jié)果表明承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移對(duì)山西省制造業(yè)發(fā)展的影響,利大于弊,山西省應(yīng)該基于不同角度措施趨利避害,從而提升山西省制造業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 20th century, with the acceleration of the process of global economic integration and the rising of new industries such as nanotechnology and genetic engineering, the worldwide industrial structure has been adjusted rapidly, which has promoted a new round of international industrial transfer. Developed countries have transferred their traditional industries which no longer have comparative advantages to less developed countries. The industries transferred to our country are mainly concentrated in the manufacturing industry, which is the material basis for the economic development and social progress of our country, the main component of our industrial system, and the leading force for the realization of industrialization and modernization in our country. Its overall level of development determines our country's economic strength, comprehensive national strength and its position in the international market. In recent years, Shanxi Province has carried out the strategy of transition and leapfrogging development in an all-round way. By means of innovation-driven, policy-driven, project-driven and other measures to promote economic development, the manufacturing industry, especially the equipment manufacturing industry, has been developing rapidly. While relying on self-accumulation to promote development, Shanxi Province is also seizing the excellent opportunity of international manufacturing transfer, actively undertaking manufacturing transfer, and striving to build Shanxi Province into a national modern manufacturing base. To undertake international industry effectively is a shortcut to realize the upgrading of industrial structure and the rapid growth of economy, so it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the subject of undertaking international industrial transfer in Shanxi Province. At present, there are a lot of researches on international industrial transfer at home and abroad, but basically, it is based on the macro perspective to analyze the impact of international industrial transfer on the transfer and acceptance. The combination of international industrial transfer and the development of a certain industry in a region is less. Therefore, this paper takes the Shanxi manufacturing industry as the research object, through the analysis of Shanxi manufacturing industry to undertake the international industrial transfer in order to provide guidance for the Shanxi manufacturing industry to participate in the international division of labor better. Also hope to give other provinces and even the whole country to play a reference role. In terms of the research methods, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the combination of theory and practice, and the comparative research method have improved the credibility of the research results and made the analysis and research of the article more perfect. In the aspect of research content, this paper analyzes in detail the present situation of the development of the manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province, the present situation of the international industry of the manufacturing industry, the advantages and the existing problems in the process of undertaking the manufacturing industry. On this basis, the positive and negative effects of international industrial transfer on the development of Shanxi's manufacturing industry are analyzed by using the empirical research method, and the countermeasures to promote Shanxi's manufacturing industry to undertake international industrial transfer effectively are put forward. The results show that the benefits of undertaking international industrial transfer on the development of Shanxi's manufacturing industry are greater than the disadvantages, and Shanxi should be based on different angles to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages in order to enhance the core competitiveness of Shanxi's manufacturing industry.
