【摘要】：隨著軍工新技術(shù)日新月異的發(fā)展,國家越來越重視軍工預(yù)先技術(shù)的研究工作,九洲集團是國有大型軍工骨干企業(yè),近年來承擔(dān)的軍工預(yù)研項目逐年增多,同時,為了提升自身技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的能力,支撐九洲集團的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,九洲集團逐步加強軍工預(yù)研項目管理工作,在管理的過程中引入項目風(fēng)險管理理念。本文結(jié)合九洲集團實際的軍工預(yù)研項目風(fēng)險管理現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展存在的問題,通過對九洲集團軍工預(yù)研項目全壽命周期的風(fēng)險進行了識別、分析和評估,提出了九洲集團軍工預(yù)研項目風(fēng)險管理結(jié)構(gòu)以及風(fēng)險的應(yīng)對策略,以供其類似的地方軍工企業(yè)在研究軍工預(yù)研項目管理時進行參考。本文共五章,主要內(nèi)容包括九洲集團軍工預(yù)研項目風(fēng)險管理產(chǎn)生的背景、軍工預(yù)研項目風(fēng)險管理現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題、軍工預(yù)研項目風(fēng)險識別、軍工預(yù)研項目風(fēng)險的分析與評估以及軍工預(yù)研項目風(fēng)險管理應(yīng)對的策略。通過對九洲集團單個軍工預(yù)研項目風(fēng)險管理的過程的闡述,重點介紹了項目風(fēng)險管理的一些常用和適用的技術(shù)和方法,以及從項目群風(fēng)險管理理論知識角度出發(fā)對九洲集團軍工預(yù)研項目群風(fēng)險管理提出了一些建議和意見。本文主要特點是將現(xiàn)代項目管理理論與九洲集團軍工預(yù)研項目管理實踐相結(jié)合,理論和實際應(yīng)用案例相結(jié)合,注重項目風(fēng)險管理知識的系統(tǒng)性和軍工預(yù)研項目與實際相結(jié)合的完整性,為九洲集團深入研究軍工預(yù)研項目風(fēng)險管理提供基礎(chǔ),為九洲集團軍工預(yù)研項目更好發(fā)展提供支撐,同時也為其他地方軍工企業(yè)研究軍工預(yù)研項目管理提供借鑒,以適應(yīng)在激烈競爭的市場環(huán)境下,快速發(fā)展形成自己核心競爭力,即追求技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的同時,做好創(chuàng)新管理,向管理要效益,鑄就獨有的企業(yè)核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of new technology in military industry, the state attaches more and more importance to the research of advance technology in military industry. Jiuzhou Group is a large state-owned backbone enterprise in military industry. In recent years, the number of military industry pre-research projects undertaken by Jiuzhou Group has increased year by year. At the same time, in order to enhance its own technological capabilities and support the sustainable development of Jiuzhou Group, Jiuzhou Group has gradually increased. In this paper, combined with the actual situation and development problems of military industry pre-research project risk management in Jiuzhou Group, through identifying, analyzing and evaluating the risk of the whole life cycle of military industry pre-research project in Jiuzhou Group, the author puts forward the Jiuzhou Group Army. This paper consists of five chapters, including the background of the risk management of Jiuzhou Group's military research project, the present situation and existing problems of the risk management of military research project, and the military industry. Risk identification of pre-research projects, risk analysis and evaluation of military pre-research projects, and risk management strategies of military pre-research projects. Through the exposition of the process of risk management of a single military pre-research project in Jiuzhou Group, this paper mainly introduces some commonly used and applicable techniques and methods of project risk management, as well as risk management from the project group. This paper puts forward some suggestions and opinions on the risk management of Jiuzhou Group's military industry pre-research project group from the point of view of theoretical knowledge.The main feature of this paper is to combine the modern project management theory with the practice of Jiuzhou Group's military industry pre-research project management,combine the theory with the practical application case,and pay attention to the systematization of project risk management knowledge and the military industry. The integrity of the combination of pre-research project and practice provides the basis for Jiuzhou Group to study the risk management of military pre-research project, provides support for the better development of military pre-research project of Jiuzhou Group, and also provides reference for other local military enterprises to study the management of military pre-research project in order to adapt to the fierce competitive market environment and quickly. Develop and form their own core competitiveness, that is, to pursue technological innovation at the same time, do a good job of innovation management, to management for efficiency, cast a unique core competitiveness of enterprises.
