九天公司ERP人力資源管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:九天公司作為大慶昆侖集團(tuán)重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的高新企業(yè),隨著同行業(yè)高新企業(yè)不斷涌入,,以及全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、知識(shí)化水平不斷提升,管理核心開(kāi)始從原始的成本控制、市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓逐步向人才管理、人才價(jià)值開(kāi)發(fā)與利用等精細(xì)化管理轉(zhuǎn)變,人力資源管理成為核心變革領(lǐng)域之一。 本文作者于2005年進(jìn)入大慶昆侖集團(tuán),一直從事人力資源信息化管理工作。擔(dān)任集團(tuán)下轄九天公司ERP人力資源管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)施工作的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理,全程參與該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施過(guò)程。通過(guò)項(xiàng)目的親身經(jīng)歷,結(jié)合自己讀研時(shí)期所學(xué)的知識(shí),對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施過(guò)程進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié),希望能夠?qū)⒕盘旃綞RP人力資源管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施的研究成果應(yīng)用于實(shí)際,為實(shí)施同類(lèi)系統(tǒng)的其他同行業(yè)企業(yè)提供一點(diǎn)參考。 本文以九天公司人力資源管理系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,從實(shí)施九天公司ERP人力資源管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施過(guò)程,到實(shí)施后的效果分析為邏輯架構(gòu),進(jìn)行詳盡分析。首先,對(duì)九天公司的人力資源管理工作現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前人力資源管理包括九個(gè)業(yè)務(wù),問(wèn)題主要在于人事信息化管理水平不高,當(dāng)前的人事管理系統(tǒng)無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足人力資源管理實(shí)際需要。其次,針對(duì)人力資源問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)九天公司ERP人力資源管理系統(tǒng)八個(gè)功能模塊,制定包括總體部署,流程改造,數(shù)據(jù)采集和用戶(hù)培訓(xùn)在內(nèi)的系統(tǒng)實(shí)施方案。最后,通過(guò)工作觀察法和訪談法,從業(yè)務(wù)整合、業(yè)務(wù)監(jiān)管、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)三個(gè)方面,對(duì)ERP人力資源管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)施前后的管理效果分析梳理。運(yùn)用關(guān)鍵因素分析法,分析九天公司ERP人力資源管理系統(tǒng)成功實(shí)施的關(guān)鍵因素,給予同行業(yè)企業(yè)相應(yīng)的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Jiutian Company, as the key high-tech enterprise of Daqing Kunlun Group, with the constant influx of high-tech enterprises in the same industry, and the informationization, networking, and knowledge level of the global economy, the management core begins from the original cost control. Market development has gradually changed to talent management, talent value development and utilization, and human resource management has become one of the core areas of change. In 2005, the author entered Daqing Kunlun Group, has been engaged in human resources information management. As the project manager of the ERP Human Resource Management system for nine days, participate in the design and implementation of the system. Through the personal experience of the project, combined with the knowledge learned during the post-graduate study period, the system design and implementation process were analyzed and summarized. It is hoped that the research results of the design and implementation of the ERP human resource management system of Nine days Company can be applied to practice and provide some reference for other enterprises in the same industry that implement the same system. This paper takes the nine-day company human resource management system as the research object, from the requirement analysis, the system design and the implementation process, and the effect analysis after the implementation as the logical structure, carries on the detailed analysis. First of all, through the investigation and analysis of the current situation and problems of human resource management in Jiutian Company, it is found that the current human resources management includes nine businesses, the main problem is that the level of personnel information management is not high. The current personnel management system can not meet the actual needs of human resources management. Secondly, aiming at the human resource problem, the paper designs eight function modules of ERP human resource management system of nine-day company, and formulates the system implementation plan including overall deployment, process transformation, data acquisition and user training. Finally, through the work observation method and the interview method, from the business integration, the business supervision, the data statistics three aspects, analyzes the ERP human resources management system before and after the implementation management effect analysis. This paper analyzes the key factors of the successful implementation of the ERP human resource management system in Jiutian Company by using the method of key factors, and gives the corresponding reference value to the enterprises of the same industry.
