【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)是制造業(yè)的核心,裝備制造業(yè)知識流動(dòng)能力是其自主創(chuàng)新能力的重要組成部分,對行業(yè)自身乃至整個(gè)制造業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的提升均具有重要的支持作用。綜合運(yùn)用熵權(quán)—模糊綜合評價(jià)法構(gòu)建裝備制造業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力評價(jià)模型,并對2008-2012年黑龍江省裝備制造業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。在實(shí)證研究基礎(chǔ)上,從員工培訓(xùn)、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)和知識流動(dòng)促進(jìn)等方面提出增強(qiáng)黑龍江省裝備制造業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的對策。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry is the core of the manufacturing industry, and the knowledge flow ability of the equipment manufacturing industry is an important part of its independent innovation ability, which plays an important role in the promotion of the independent innovation ability of the industry itself and the whole manufacturing industry. A comprehensive evaluation model of the equipment manufacturing industry's independent innovation ability is constructed by using entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and an empirical study on the equipment manufacturing industry's independent innovation ability in Heilongjiang Province from 2008 to 2012 is carried out. On the basis of empirical research, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the independent innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province from the aspects of employee training, enterprise culture construction and knowledge flow promotion.
