【摘要】:以貴州省"西電東送"的火力發(fā)電為切入點,從煤炭開采、高硫煤、石漠化、利益分配4個方面進行綜合分析。結(jié)果表明,火力發(fā)電的迅速發(fā)展使煤炭開采問題更加嚴(yán)重,生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化;利益分配不均衡使政府環(huán)保投入遠遠不足。最后根據(jù)火力發(fā)電給貴州可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來的影響提出了相應(yīng)的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:Taking the thermal power generation from the west to the east in Guizhou province as the starting point, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis from four aspects: coal mining, high sulfur coal, rocky desertification and benefit distribution. The results show that the rapid development of thermal power generation makes the problem of coal mining more serious and the ecological environment worse, and the unbalanced distribution of benefits makes the government investment in environmental protection far insufficient. Finally, according to the influence of thermal power generation on the sustainable development of Guizhou, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
