SC公司人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:伴隨著全球化進(jìn)程的加快和中國對外開放程度的加大,國內(nèi)企業(yè)在走向世界的同時,也面對很多的競爭和挑戰(zhàn)。人力資源所扮演的角色更為明顯,企業(yè)人力資源管理獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的迫切性逐漸顯露出來,中國企業(yè)已經(jīng)開始進(jìn)入重視人的價值的時代。 然而,在中國大多數(shù)的企業(yè)中,盡管已經(jīng)認(rèn)識到人力資源的重要作用,但還沒有把對人力資源的管理上升到戰(zhàn)略高度,缺乏企業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃和人力資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃。正因如此,企業(yè)的物力資源和組織資源,往往因為缺乏人力資源的有效管理,而無法得到合理的配置和使用。制定一套基于企業(yè)現(xiàn)實和未來發(fā)展需要的、科學(xué)合理的、可操作性強(qiáng)的人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃方案是實現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的重要前提和關(guān)鍵因素。 本文以SC公司為研究對象,以SC公司的人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃為研究內(nèi)容,依據(jù)人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃有關(guān)理論和方法,在SC公司的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略框架下,分析企業(yè)內(nèi)部人力資源的現(xiàn)狀,預(yù)測企業(yè)未來發(fā)展對人力資源的需求,制定出sC公司的人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,明確公司人力資源發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略方向,從而進(jìn)一步找出人力資源現(xiàn)狀與公司整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略要求之間的差距,制定出一套基于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃方案,并依據(jù)人力資源的相關(guān)管理措施保證實施。 通過本文的研究,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)SC公司認(rèn)識到人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃對企業(yè)未來發(fā)展的重要性,密切結(jié)合企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,對人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃進(jìn)行制定和實施,進(jìn)而為具體的人力資源管理實踐提供有力的依據(jù),幫助SC公司這樣傳統(tǒng)的大型國有企業(yè)擁有更為強(qiáng)大的活力,進(jìn)而參與市場競爭。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of globalization and the increase of China's opening to the outside world, domestic enterprises are facing a lot of competition and challenges. The role of human resources is more obvious, the urgency of enterprise human resource management to gain competitive advantage is gradually revealed, Chinese enterprises have begun to pay attention to the value of people era. However, in most enterprises in China, although the important role of human resources has been recognized, the management of human resources has not been raised to a strategic height, lacking of long-term planning and sustainable development of human resources. Because of this, the material resources and organizational resources of enterprises are often unable to be allocated and used reasonably because of the lack of effective management of human resources. It is an important prerequisite and key factor to realize the strategic goal of enterprise to formulate a set of scientific and reasonable human resource strategic planning scheme which is based on the reality and future development of the enterprise. This paper takes SC company as the research object, takes SC company's human resources strategic planning as the research content, according to the human resources strategic planning related theory and method, under the SC company's enterprise strategy frame, analyzes the enterprise internal human resources present situation. Forecast the future development of the enterprise to the human resource demand, formulate the strategic plan of the company's human resources, clear the strategic direction of the company's human resources development, So we can find out the gap between the current situation of human resources and the requirements of the overall development strategy of the company, formulate a set of human resources strategic planning scheme based on the enterprise strategy, and ensure the implementation according to the relevant management measures of human resources. Through the research of this paper, SC Company further promotes SC to realize the importance of human resources strategic planning for the future development of enterprises, and closely combines the enterprise strategy to formulate and implement the human resources strategic planning. Then it can provide a powerful basis for the concrete practice of human resource management and help the traditional large state-owned enterprises such as SC to have stronger vitality and participate in the market competition.
