【摘要】：近年來(lái)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)正在發(fā)生巨大變革,在市場(chǎng)和政府職能部門(mén)監(jiān)管的雙重壓力下,制藥企業(yè)面臨成本和利潤(rùn)的挑戰(zhàn),傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng)已不再適應(yīng)時(shí)代的要求,迫切需要改進(jìn)。精益生產(chǎn)模式在其他行業(yè)的成功實(shí)施為制藥企業(yè)實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)提供了依據(jù)。很多國(guó)際知名企業(yè)都是通過(guò)精益生產(chǎn)的運(yùn)用提升了核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,為渴望降低成本、提高質(zhì)量、迅速交付和創(chuàng)造舒適工作環(huán)境的制藥企業(yè)帶來(lái)了希望。ZBXD制藥公司是一家專(zhuān)業(yè)從事制劑生產(chǎn)的制藥企業(yè),由于行業(yè)的特殊性和自身歷史的原因,從精益生產(chǎn)的角度來(lái)看,其生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)在運(yùn)作中尚存在若干問(wèn)題,影響了該公司生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)效率的提升和生產(chǎn)成本的降低。有鑒于此,本文以ZBXD制藥公司為研究對(duì)象,從精益生產(chǎn)的視角,研究其生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)問(wèn)題,取得了以下研究成果：第一,以精益生產(chǎn)理論為基礎(chǔ),以ZBXD制藥公司生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,系統(tǒng)揭示了公司目前生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中所存在的問(wèn)題。第二,結(jié)合ZBXD制藥公司的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)情況,運(yùn)用精益理念,從生產(chǎn)方式、生產(chǎn)物流管理、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理等多個(gè)方面對(duì)公司存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入而系統(tǒng)地分析。第三,運(yùn)用精益思想,結(jié)合制藥企業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的特殊性,提出變革生產(chǎn)方式,建立拉動(dòng)式生產(chǎn)模式和推動(dòng)式信息流系統(tǒng),對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行精益改進(jìn)等措施,最終提出了ZBXD制藥公司現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)方案。醫(yī)藥制造企業(yè)具有獨(dú)特的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程,精益生產(chǎn)在醫(yī)藥制造企業(yè)應(yīng)用成功的案例還較少,本文以ZBXD制藥公司的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)為例,研究精益生產(chǎn)的實(shí)施,對(duì)完善精益生產(chǎn)理論、擴(kuò)展精益生產(chǎn)理論的應(yīng)用范圍具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, great changes are taking place in the pharmaceutical industry. Under the double pressure of market and government functional department supervision, pharmaceutical enterprises are faced with the challenge of cost and profit. The traditional production and operation system is no longer adapted to the requirements of the times and needs to be improved urgently. The successful implementation of lean production model in other industries provides basis for pharmaceutical enterprises to implement lean production system improvement. Many internationally renowned enterprises have improved their core competitiveness through the use of lean production, eager to reduce costs and improve quality. The rapid delivery and creation of a comfortable working environment brings hope. ZBXD Pharmaceutical Company is a pharmaceutical company specializing in the production of formulations. Because of the particularity of the industry and its own historical reasons, from the perspective of lean production, There are still some problems in the operation of the production system, which affects the efficiency of the production system and the reduction of the production cost. In view of this, this paper takes ZBXD Pharmaceutical Company as the research object, from the perspective of lean production, studies the improvement of its production system, and obtains the following research results: first, based on lean production theory, Taking the production system of ZBXD Pharmaceutical Company as the research object, the existing problems in the production system of ZBXD Pharmaceutical Company are revealed. Secondly, combined with the production and operation of ZBXD pharmaceutical company, using lean concept, from the production mode, production logistics management, field management and other aspects of the company's existing problems are deeply and systematically analyzed. Third, using lean thought, combining the particularity of production system of pharmaceutical enterprises, the paper puts forward some measures, such as reforming production mode, establishing pull production model and push information flow system, and carrying out lean improvement on production site, etc. Finally, the improvement scheme of the existing production system of ZBXD Pharmaceutical Company is put forward. Pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises have a unique production process, lean production in pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises are less successful cases, this paper takes the production system of ZBXD pharmaceutical company as an example to study the implementation of lean production, and improve the lean production theory. It is of practical significance to expand the scope of application of lean production theory.
