K電梯企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),在房地產(chǎn)建設(shè)和軌道交通的建設(shè)中,電梯以便捷、快速、安全的特性被人們?cè)絹?lái)越接受,從而得到了快速發(fā)展。中國(guó)是全球最大的電梯制造國(guó)和在用電梯數(shù)量最多的國(guó)家,電梯產(chǎn)量以每年近20%的速度快速增長(zhǎng)。隨著電梯行業(yè)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)電梯行業(yè)充滿著新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),面臨著發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方法的選擇問(wèn)題。作為行業(yè)從業(yè)人員,就必須站在戰(zhàn)略高度思考分析我國(guó)電梯行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和未來(lái),明確我國(guó)電梯行業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向和正確的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方法,為行業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究。本文的主要研究結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究專家和學(xué)者的研究,綜合運(yùn)用分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)、比較等研究方法和技術(shù),挖掘電梯行業(yè)所存在的困境和問(wèn)題,發(fā)現(xiàn)行業(yè)發(fā)展的未來(lái)趨勢(shì)和走向,深入研究K公司現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展面臨的內(nèi)外部發(fā)展環(huán)境,結(jié)合調(diào)研顯示的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法建立公司需要的戰(zhàn)略模型,提出適合K公司今后發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略定位和戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì),并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況提出K公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施策略:以產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略整合為中心,實(shí)施專業(yè)化發(fā)展的品牌建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略,實(shí)施以人為本的人才戰(zhàn)略,以提高各項(xiàng)能力為戰(zhàn)略著力點(diǎn)。通過(guò)本文的研究,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)K公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的思考和研究對(duì)于企業(yè)的發(fā)展有著至關(guān)重要的意義,未來(lái)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),不僅僅是產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),維護(hù)保養(yǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),更重要的是企業(yè)對(duì)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新管理和掌控能力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),其實(shí)質(zhì)就是對(duì)企業(yè)資源管理能力的提升和變革,本文的研究或許會(huì)對(duì)K公司未來(lái)的發(fā)展提供良好的借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the construction of real estate and rail transit, the elevator has been more and more accepted by people because of its convenient, fast and safe characteristics. China is the world's largest producer of elevators and the largest number of elevators in use, with elevator production growing at a rate of nearly 20 percent a year. With the development of elevator industry, elevator industry in China is full of new opportunities and challenges. As the practitioners of the industry, we must consider and analyze the present situation and the future of the elevator industry in our country from a strategic perspective, make clear the strategic development direction and correct strategy implementation method of our country's elevator industry, and carry on the research for the further development of the industry. The main research of this paper combines the domestic and foreign related research experts and scholars' research, synthetically uses the analysis, the statistics, the comparison and so on research method and the technology, excavates the elevator profession the difficult position and the question, discovers the profession development future trend and the trend. This paper deeply studies the internal and external development environment that K Company is facing at the present stage of development, analyzes the data from the survey and shows, sets up the strategic model needed by the company by using SWOT analysis method, and puts forward the strategic positioning and strategic design suitable for the future development of K Company. Combined with the actual situation, this paper puts forward the implementation strategy of K Company's development strategy: taking the strategic integration of industry as the center, implementing the brand construction strategy of specialized development, implementing the people-oriented talent strategy, and taking the enhancement of various abilities as the strategic focus. Through the research of this paper, we find that the development strategy of K Company is of great significance to the development of enterprises. The competition of future enterprises is not only the competition of products, but also the competition of maintenance and maintenance. What is more important is the competition of enterprises' ability of product innovation management and control. Its essence is to improve and transform the ability of enterprise resource management. The research in this paper may provide a good reference for the future development of K Company.
