【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的國外高端制造企業(yè)將生產(chǎn)加工工廠轉移到勞動成本低的發(fā)展中國家,尤其是汽車制造企業(yè)。世界各大知名主機廠和世界500強汽車零部件企業(yè)都來到中國建廠并快速的擴張,生產(chǎn)制造產(chǎn)能得到大幅的提升。最近幾年,大批量生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在人力資源成本高、原材料價格不斷上漲、人民幣日漸升值等外在因素的影響下,不得不通過其他方式來提升在市場上的占比。企業(yè)如何有效利用資源,降低生產(chǎn)制造及運營成本來獲取更大的利潤已成為每個企業(yè)長期努力解決的難題。因此,實施精益生產(chǎn)是每個企業(yè)取得競爭力的重要路徑之一。本文是以一家典型的汽車零部件制造公司--M公司為研究對象。在結合精益生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展背景、相關理論及國內外的研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,首先對M公司的問題進行探究和原因分析,然后對M公司制定了具體精益生產(chǎn)實施方案,運用圖形分析、對比分析、案例分析等研究方法對M公司的價值流圖分析、5S管理、快速換模、拉動式生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)以及單件流的進行了具體的實施,進一步的解決M公司存在的問題。最后本文對精益生產(chǎn)的應用研究進行了總結,并提出的展望。本論文研究的重點是精益生產(chǎn)在制造公司的實踐應用,作為一篇應用型的論文,側重于對精益生產(chǎn)多個方面的運用進行了歸納和總結,目的希望通過本文的研究能為其他制造型企業(yè)在精益生產(chǎn)實施方面提供一些有效的參考信息和幫助。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, more and more foreign high-end manufacturing enterprises transfer the production and processing factories to the developing countries with low labor costs, especially the automobile manufacturing enterprises. All the world famous mainframe factories and top 500 auto parts companies have come to China to build factories and expand rapidly, and the production capacity has been greatly improved. In recent years, under the influence of external factors such as high cost of human resources, rising price of raw materials and appreciation of RMB, mass production enterprises have to increase their share in the market by other means. How to use resources effectively and reduce the production and operation cost to obtain more profits has become a problem that every enterprise has been working hard to solve for a long time. Therefore, the implementation of lean production is one of the important ways for every enterprise to achieve competitiveness. This paper takes M Company, a typical auto parts manufacturing company, as the research object. On the basis of the development background of lean production, relevant theories and the current research situation at home and abroad, the problems of M Company are explored and the reasons are analyzed, and then the specific lean production implementation scheme is formulated, and the graphic analysis is used to analyze the problems of M Company. Comparative analysis, case analysis and other research methods have carried out concrete implementation of value flow graph analysis 5S management, rapid mold change, pull production system and single piece flow of M Company, and further solved the problems existing in M Company. Finally, this paper summarizes the application of lean production, and puts forward the prospect. The focus of this paper is the practical application of lean production in manufacturing companies, as an applied paper, focusing on the lean production of many aspects of the use of induction and summary, Aim to provide some effective reference information and help for other manufacturing enterprises in lean production through the research of this paper.
