【摘要】：隨著商品經(jīng)濟的蓬勃發(fā)展,價格競爭愈發(fā)激烈。為了緩解不斷的競價壓力,保證一定的利潤水平,企業(yè)必須尋求合理的定價決策。在對產(chǎn)品定價過程中,企業(yè)只有從實際情況出發(fā),分析影響產(chǎn)品定價的各方面因素,才能制定出最優(yōu)的產(chǎn)品定價決策。本文以中小型制造企業(yè)QD公司為研究對象,根據(jù)QD公司的實際生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)QD公司的產(chǎn)品定價方案并不完善,還存在一些不足之處。針對這一問題,為QD公司重新制定產(chǎn)品定價決策,使其產(chǎn)品定價方案得以優(yōu)化,也為與QD公司情況相似的企業(yè)提供產(chǎn)品定價決策的參考建議。本文針對QD公司的產(chǎn)品定價問題展開研究,依據(jù)產(chǎn)品定價相關(guān)知識及理論,結(jié)合QD公司的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,對該公司在產(chǎn)品定價方面的實際狀況及存在的問題進行了全面的分析。通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),QD公司在產(chǎn)品定價決策中不能忽略初始資金問題,資金約束會影響最優(yōu)定價決策的制定。QD公司作為中小型制造企業(yè),在面臨資金約束時,可以選擇有效的融資服務(wù)來緩解資金壓力,而與傳統(tǒng)融資模式相比,供應(yīng)鏈融資模式更能及時有效的解決QD公司的資金約束問題。因此,根據(jù)QD公司的實際生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營狀況及產(chǎn)品定價方面所存在的問題,為QD公司重新制定產(chǎn)品定價決策,并對所研究的定價決策進行分析比較,從而得出最終的產(chǎn)品定價決策。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of commodity economy, price competition is becoming more and more fierce. In order to alleviate the constant pressure of bidding and ensure a certain profit level, enterprises must seek reasonable pricing decisions. In the process of product pricing, enterprises can make the optimal product pricing decision only by analyzing the various factors that affect the product pricing from the point of view of the actual situation. In this paper, QD Company, a small and medium-sized manufacturing company, is taken as the research object. According to the actual production and management situation of QD Company, it is found that the pricing scheme of QD Company is not perfect, and there are still some shortcomings. In order to solve this problem, this paper makes a new product pricing decision for QD Company to optimize its product pricing scheme, and also provides reference suggestions for QD companies in the same situation. Based on the knowledge and theory of product pricing and the current operating situation of QD Company, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the actual situation and existing problems in the product pricing of QD Company. Through the analysis, it is found that QD Company can not ignore the initial capital problem in the product pricing decision, and the capital constraint will affect the making of the optimal pricing decision. QD Company, as a small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise, is facing the capital constraint. We can choose effective financing services to relieve the financial pressure, and compared with the traditional financing mode, the supply chain financing model can solve the QD company's capital constraint problem in a more timely and effective manner. Therefore, according to the actual production and operation situation of QD Company and the problems in product pricing, the decision of product pricing is reformulated for QD Company, and the pricing decision is analyzed and compared, and the final product pricing decision is obtained.
