Y公司人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:在我國加入WTO后,中國企業(yè),特別是民營企業(yè),需要面對國內(nèi)和國際人才市場的激烈競爭,人力資源對企業(yè)、組織機構(gòu)和國家而言都是競爭和發(fā)展的重要資源。尤其是隨著上海自貿(mào)區(qū)的建立,許多企業(yè)意識到人力資源對提升企業(yè)競爭力的作用越來越明顯,,也發(fā)現(xiàn)人力資源管理越來越重要。但是仍然有很多企業(yè)在實際的經(jīng)營管理活動中沒有將人力資源管理作為企業(yè)整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的一部分,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)缺乏組織戰(zhàn)略基礎(chǔ)上的人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。因此,制定人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,實行人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理,是企業(yè)和組織在復(fù)雜多變的內(nèi)外環(huán)境中增強競爭力的重要途徑。 本文在論述了國內(nèi)外人力資源管理相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,將Y公司作為研究對象,分析了Y公司人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,并對Y公司的人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了深入的分析,設(shè)計出一套比較全面的人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃方案。該方案將Y公司的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)化為人力資源戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)勢,同時簡要闡述了包括人才招聘規(guī)劃、薪酬福利規(guī)劃、組織文化規(guī)劃等在內(nèi)的幾項重點規(guī)劃。最后,提出針對人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃設(shè)計的實施步驟和保障措施。 在各個地區(qū)人力資源競爭日益激烈的今天,本文著眼于Y公司的發(fā)展目標(biāo)與前進(jìn)方向,根據(jù)企業(yè)所處的市場環(huán)境及國內(nèi)社會經(jīng)濟環(huán)境,為Y公司設(shè)計一套比較全面的人力資源戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,使之能指導(dǎo)Y公司人力資源管理和人力資源發(fā)展工作,提高Y公司在激烈的市場競爭中的競爭優(yōu)勢,促進(jìn)公司穩(wěn)定持久的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, Chinese enterprises, especially private enterprises, need to face the fierce competition in the domestic and international talent market. Human resources are important resources for competition and development for enterprises, organizations and countries. Especially with the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, many enterprises realize that the role of human resources to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is becoming more and more obvious, and also find that human resource management is more and more important. But there are still many enterprises in the actual operation and management activities did not take human resources management as part of the overall development strategy of the enterprise, resulting in a lack of strategic planning of human resources on the basis of organizational strategy. Therefore, it is an important way for enterprises and organizations to strengthen their competitiveness in the complex and changeable internal and external environment by making strategic planning of human resources and implementing strategic management of human resources. On the basis of discussing the related research of human resource management at home and abroad, this paper takes Y Company as the research object, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of Y Company's human resources strategic planning. And the human resources strategic planning of Y company is analyzed deeply, and a set of comprehensive human resources strategic planning scheme is designed. This project transforms the strategic goal of Y Company into the strategic advantage of human resources, and briefly expounds several key plans, including talent recruitment planning, salary and welfare planning, organizational culture planning, etc. Finally, the implementation steps and safeguard measures for human resources strategic planning and design are put forward. In today's increasingly fierce competition for human resources in various regions, this paper focuses on the development objectives and forward direction of Y Company, according to the market environment and the domestic social and economic environment of the enterprise. To design a set of comprehensive human resource strategic planning for Y Company, which can guide Y Company's human resource management and human resource development, and enhance Y Company's competitive advantage in the fierce market competition. Promote the steady and lasting development of the company.
