丁氏紙杯廠發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著二十一世紀的到來,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術飛速發(fā)展和普及,現(xiàn)代人們的生活方式已經(jīng)得到了極大地改變。同時,作為社會生活的重要組成部分的企業(yè)組織,也必不可免的在這次科技浪潮中受到了前所未有的沖擊。企業(yè)的外部經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境、內(nèi)部管理模式、營銷策略、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以及消費群體的消費觀念、消費習慣都發(fā)生了深刻變化。伴隨著這種深刻的時代變化,丁氏紙杯廠在這個競爭日趨激烈紙杯行業(yè)如何充分利用自己企業(yè)的核心競爭力,抓住發(fā)展機遇,借助現(xiàn)代信息技術,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維為指導推進企業(yè)發(fā)展,已成為企業(yè)管理高層所要急需解決的重大課題。因此,加強企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,科學地制定企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對丁氏紙杯廠進一步完善企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,推進戰(zhàn)略實施和提高管理水平,促進企業(yè)發(fā)展,都具有十分重要的意義。本文旨在以鄭州丁氏紙杯廠的發(fā)展歷程以及目前所面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境為依據(jù),以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理相關理論為指導,結(jié)合目前信息化時代,電子商務日益普及的時代特征,分析公司的發(fā)展環(huán)境,剖析公司的競爭能力,參照專業(yè)研究機構(gòu)對宏觀經(jīng)濟形勢的預測、相關行業(yè)前景分析,把理論與實踐相結(jié)合,運用行業(yè)競爭結(jié)構(gòu)模型和SWOT分析模型,對企業(yè)目前的發(fā)展環(huán)境進行系統(tǒng)的分析研究,提出丁氏紙杯廠新的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃和措施。本文研究總體認為,隨著國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和消費者生活習慣購買方式的迅速改變,丁氏紙杯廠原有的產(chǎn)品市場單一、經(jīng)營銷售模式僵化等問題已成為制約企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的瓶頸,因此丁氏紙杯廠應以“立足廣告紙杯定制優(yōu)勢,面向二、三級批發(fā)市場,努力開拓海外市場”為思路,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和生產(chǎn)布局,延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,多元發(fā)展,把丁氏紙杯廠打造成為一個一流的區(qū)域紙制品加工企業(yè)。文章最后圍丁氏紙杯廠的具體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標,從產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃布局、管控模式、資本運作、人力資源管理、信息化建設以及企業(yè)文化的塑造等方面提出了具體的實施建議,對丁氏紙杯廠的發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the 21 century, the rapid development and popularization of Internet information technology, modern people's way of life has been greatly changed. At the same time, as an important part of social life, the enterprise organization will inevitably suffer unprecedented impact in this wave of science and technology. The external economic environment, industry environment, internal management mode, marketing strategy, development strategy, consumption concept and consumption habits of the enterprise have all undergone profound changes. With this profound change of the times, Ding's Paper Cup Factory in this increasingly competitive paper cup industry how to make full use of their core competitiveness, seize the opportunity for development, with the help of modern information technology, Under the guidance of Internet thinking, promoting the development of enterprises has become an urgent need to be solved by senior management. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the research of the enterprise development strategy, to formulate the enterprise development strategy scientifically, to further improve the enterprise development strategy, to promote the implementation of the strategy, to improve the management level, and to promote the development of the enterprise. Based on the development of Zhengzhou Dingshi Paper Cup Factory and the internal and external environment that it is facing at present, this paper aims at taking the relevant theories of enterprise strategic management as the guidance, combining with the characteristics of the times in which electronic commerce is becoming more and more popular in the information age. Analyzing the development environment of the company, analyzing the competitive ability of the company, referring to the forecast of the macroeconomic situation of the specialized research institutions, analyzing the prospect of the related industries, combining the theory with the practice, applying the competition structure model of the industry and the SWOT analysis model. This paper makes a systematic analysis and study on the present development environment of enterprises, and puts forward the new strategic development plan and measures of Ding's Paper Cup Factory. This paper holds that with the rapid development of the national economy and the rapid change of consumers' living habits, the original product market of Ding's Paper Cup Factory is single. The rigid mode of operation and sale has become the bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, Ding's Paper Cup Factory should take the idea of "based on the advantages of customizing advertising paper cups, facing the second and third grade wholesale markets and striving to open up overseas markets". Optimize the product structure and production layout, extend the industrial chain, multi-development, Ding's paper cup factory to become a first-class regional paper products processing enterprises. At the end of the article, the concrete development strategy target of Ding's paper cup factory is put forward, and the concrete implementation suggestions are put forward from the aspects of industrial planning and layout, management and control mode, capital operation, human resource management, information construction and the shaping of enterprise culture, etc. It is of great significance to the development of Ding's Paper Cup Factory.
