南京NG服飾公司核心競爭力培育研究
[Abstract]:The textile and garment industry is a traditional labor-intensive enterprise in China. Since the reform and opening up, China's textile and clothing industry has experienced considerable development and made remarkable achievements in the world. China has also become a major exporter of textile and clothing in the world. However, after the international financial crisis in 2008, due to the slow economic recovery in major developed regions of the world, especially in Europe and the United States, and the decline in demand for export markets, the bulk transfer of export orders to Southeast Asian countries has led to a continuous decline in the total amount of domestic clothing orders. In addition, the price of raw and auxiliary materials in China is rising, the cost of employment is rising, and the competition of the industry is serious. The production and management of Nanjing NG clothing Company, which is in the depth of garment industry, has fallen into a dilemma, and the survival and development of the company is facing severe challenges. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the present situation, existing problems and reasons of the core competence of Nanjing NG Apparel Company, and put forward the measures to cultivate the core competence of Nanjing NG Apparel Company. This paper defines the concept of the core competence of enterprises, expounds the characteristics of the core competence of enterprises, and clarifies the methods of identifying and determining the core competence of enterprises by studying the relevant theory and case practice of the core competence of enterprises. This paper puts forward the cultivation and management methods of the core competence of enterprises, and emphatically discusses the connotation, characteristics and functions of the core competence of garment enterprises. This paper has collected the information material of Nanjing NG clothing Company, and has understood the present situation of the enterprise's competitiveness on the spot, has carried on the analysis emphatically to this enterprise's competitive ability question and the reason, It is determined that Nanjing NG Garment Company urgently needs to cultivate and develop the core competence of enterprises. In this paper, two well-known garment enterprises, Meters Bonway Group in China and Fast selling Group in Japan, are selected as the research objects, and the methods and strategies of cultivating the core competence of the two companies in the process of their development are analyzed. It also evaluates the effect after its implementation, sums up the experience of the two companies in cultivating the core competence of enterprises, and compares the shortcomings of the core competence of Nanjing NG clothing Company. This paper puts forward the train of thought and measures for Nanjing NG clothing Company to cultivate the core competence of enterprises. This paper applies relevant theoretical knowledge, combined with the current situation of Nanjing NG Garment Company, through the methods of literature research, field investigation, analysis and reference, expert interview and so on. Finally, it puts forward the train of thought and measures to cultivate the core competence of Nanjing NG clothing Company. The research methods and results of this paper have some reference and practical significance for similar enterprises.
