南京NG服飾公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力培育研究

【摘要】:紡織服裝行業(yè)是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)勞動(dòng)密集型企業(yè),自改革開放以來,中國(guó)的紡織服裝行業(yè)經(jīng)歷了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,取得了世界矚目的成績(jī),中國(guó)也成為世界紡織服裝出口大國(guó)。但2008年國(guó)際金融危機(jī)后,由于世界主要發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)特別是歐美國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇緩慢,外銷市場(chǎng)需求下降,外銷訂單批量轉(zhuǎn)移至東南亞國(guó)家,國(guó)內(nèi)服裝訂單總量不斷下降,加上國(guó)內(nèi)原輔材料價(jià)格上漲,用工成本攀升,行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,深處服裝行業(yè)的南京NG服飾公司的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)陷入了困境,生存和發(fā)展面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。本文研究的目的就是通過對(duì)南京NG服飾公司的企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀、存在問題及原因進(jìn)行分析研究,從而提出南京NG服飾公司培育企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的措施。本文通過對(duì)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力相關(guān)理論和個(gè)案實(shí)踐的研究,界定了企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的概念,闡述了企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的特征,明確了企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力識(shí)別和確定的方法,提出了企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的培育和管理方法,著重論述了服裝企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)涵、特性和作用。本文收集了南京NG服飾公司的信息資料并實(shí)地了解了企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)對(duì)該企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力存在的問題及原因進(jìn)行了分析,確定南京NG服飾公司當(dāng)前迫切需要進(jìn)行企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的培育和發(fā)展。本文選取了國(guó)內(nèi)的美特斯邦威集團(tuán)和日本的迅銷集團(tuán)兩家知名服裝企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,分析了兩家公司在其發(fā)展過程中培育企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的方法和策略,并評(píng)估了其實(shí)施后的效果,由此總結(jié)歸納出兩家公司在培育企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)比南京NG服飾公司企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力存在的不足,提出了南京NG服飾公司培育企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的思路和措施。本文運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論知識(shí),結(jié)合南京NG服飾公司的現(xiàn)狀,通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、分析借鑒法、專家訪談法等方法進(jìn)行分析研究,最終提出了南京NG服飾公司培育企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的思路和措施。本文的研究方法和成果對(duì)同類企業(yè)具有一定的借鑒和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The textile and garment industry is a traditional labor-intensive enterprise in China. Since the reform and opening up, China's textile and clothing industry has experienced considerable development and made remarkable achievements in the world. China has also become a major exporter of textile and clothing in the world. However, after the international financial crisis in 2008, due to the slow economic recovery in major developed regions of the world, especially in Europe and the United States, and the decline in demand for export markets, the bulk transfer of export orders to Southeast Asian countries has led to a continuous decline in the total amount of domestic clothing orders. In addition, the price of raw and auxiliary materials in China is rising, the cost of employment is rising, and the competition of the industry is serious. The production and management of Nanjing NG clothing Company, which is in the depth of garment industry, has fallen into a dilemma, and the survival and development of the company is facing severe challenges. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the present situation, existing problems and reasons of the core competence of Nanjing NG Apparel Company, and put forward the measures to cultivate the core competence of Nanjing NG Apparel Company. This paper defines the concept of the core competence of enterprises, expounds the characteristics of the core competence of enterprises, and clarifies the methods of identifying and determining the core competence of enterprises by studying the relevant theory and case practice of the core competence of enterprises. This paper puts forward the cultivation and management methods of the core competence of enterprises, and emphatically discusses the connotation, characteristics and functions of the core competence of garment enterprises. This paper has collected the information material of Nanjing NG clothing Company, and has understood the present situation of the enterprise's competitiveness on the spot, has carried on the analysis emphatically to this enterprise's competitive ability question and the reason, It is determined that Nanjing NG Garment Company urgently needs to cultivate and develop the core competence of enterprises. In this paper, two well-known garment enterprises, Meters Bonway Group in China and Fast selling Group in Japan, are selected as the research objects, and the methods and strategies of cultivating the core competence of the two companies in the process of their development are analyzed. It also evaluates the effect after its implementation, sums up the experience of the two companies in cultivating the core competence of enterprises, and compares the shortcomings of the core competence of Nanjing NG clothing Company. This paper puts forward the train of thought and measures for Nanjing NG clothing Company to cultivate the core competence of enterprises. This paper applies relevant theoretical knowledge, combined with the current situation of Nanjing NG Garment Company, through the methods of literature research, field investigation, analysis and reference, expert interview and so on. Finally, it puts forward the train of thought and measures to cultivate the core competence of Nanjing NG clothing Company. The research methods and results of this paper have some reference and practical significance for similar enterprises.
