【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,企業(yè)作為推動(dòng)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)體系運(yùn)行和協(xié)調(diào)的重要力量,在維持經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展、滿足多樣化需求中發(fā)揮著巨大作用。實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)健康持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)需要把握企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài),能否準(zhǔn)確對(duì)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)已成為各界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)與行業(yè)息息相關(guān),企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)呈現(xiàn)行業(yè)性差異,因此基于行業(yè)背景進(jìn)行企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。本文歸納和分析企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)和企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)評(píng)價(jià)等理論,界定企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)和企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)的內(nèi)涵,在此基礎(chǔ)上,將企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)劃分為企業(yè)規(guī)模、企業(yè)素質(zhì)和企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),提出企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)的具體內(nèi)容;深入分析基于行業(yè)背景的企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)的必要性。構(gòu)建基于行業(yè)背景的企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)體系的總體框架,完整的反映企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)全貌,從企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)主體、評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象、評(píng)價(jià)目的、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)、評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、評(píng)價(jià)權(quán)重、評(píng)價(jià)方法和評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論方面研究基于行業(yè)背景的企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)體系;從評(píng)價(jià)準(zhǔn)備階段、評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)施階段和評(píng)價(jià)反饋階段分析基于行業(yè)背景的企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)流程。根據(jù)不同行業(yè)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的區(qū)別和聯(lián)系,構(gòu)建基于行業(yè)背景的企業(yè)規(guī)模、企業(yè)素質(zhì)和企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,詳細(xì)解讀評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的內(nèi)涵。分析基于行業(yè)背景的企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的影響因素、確定依據(jù)和程序。從理論基礎(chǔ)角度歸納分類企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)方法,并從行業(yè)層面進(jìn)一步分析不同評(píng)價(jià)方法的適用范圍和使用條件。最后選取典型企業(yè),對(duì)基于行業(yè)背景的企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,運(yùn)用熵值法從企業(yè)規(guī)模、企業(yè)素質(zhì)和企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)角度實(shí)施具體評(píng)價(jià),深入分析實(shí)證結(jié)果提出對(duì)策建議,完善基于行業(yè)背景的企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)體系。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's market economy, enterprises, as an important force to promote the operation and coordination of the national economic system, play a great role in maintaining the sustained development of the economy and meeting the diversified needs. In order to realize the healthy and sustainable growth of enterprises, it is necessary to grasp the state of enterprise growth, and whether it can accurately evaluate the state of enterprise growth has become the focus of attention from all walks of life. The enterprise growth is closely related to the industry, and the growth state of the enterprise is different in industry. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the growth state of the enterprise based on the background of the industry. This paper summarizes and analyzes the theories of enterprise growth and enterprise growth evaluation, and defines the connotation of enterprise growth and enterprise growth state. On this basis, the enterprise growth state is divided into enterprise scale, enterprise quality and enterprise growth trend. The concrete content of enterprise growth state evaluation is put forward, and the necessity of enterprise growth state evaluation based on industry background is deeply analyzed. The overall framework of the enterprise growth state evaluation system based on the industry background is constructed, which reflects the whole picture of the enterprise growth state evaluation, from the main body, the evaluation object, the evaluation purpose, the evaluation index, the evaluation standard, the enterprise growth state evaluation body, the evaluation object, the evaluation goal, the appraisal target, the appraisal standard, The evaluation system of enterprise growth state based on industry background is studied in the aspects of evaluation weight, evaluation method and evaluation conclusion, and the process of enterprise growth state evaluation based on industry background is analyzed from the stage of evaluation preparation, the stage of evaluation implementation and the stage of evaluation feedback. According to the difference and relation of the evaluation index of enterprise growth state in different industries, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise scale, enterprise quality and enterprise growth trend based on industry background, and interprets the connotation of evaluation index in detail. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of enterprise growth state evaluation standard based on industry background, and determines the basis and procedure. From the angle of theoretical foundation, this paper summarizes the evaluation methods of enterprise growth status, and further analyzes the scope of application and application conditions of different evaluation methods from the industry level. Finally, select typical enterprises, and carry out empirical research on enterprise growth state evaluation based on industry background, and apply entropy method to carry out specific evaluation from the angle of enterprise scale, enterprise quality and enterprise growth trend. Further analysis of the empirical results put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the evaluation system of enterprise growth status based on industry background.
