【摘要】：文章估計并描述了中國286個地級及以上城市工業(yè)勞動力蓄水池的規(guī)模、職業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和空間分布情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)勞動力蓄水池呈空間非均衡分布,沿海地區(qū)無論規(guī)模還是專業(yè)化程度都具有明顯的優(yōu)勢。文章利用微觀企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建計量模型檢驗勞動力蓄水池對新建企業(yè)選址的影響,結(jié)果顯示:(1)勞動力蓄水池狀況對新建企業(yè)選址有顯著影響,企業(yè)傾向于選擇勞動力蓄水池總量規(guī)模大、供需結(jié)構(gòu)匹配度高、工資水平低的城市;(2)工業(yè)化程度高的地區(qū)、技術(shù)水平要求高的產(chǎn)業(yè)受供需結(jié)構(gòu)匹配度影響更強烈,工業(yè)化進程推進、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)提升將進一步凸顯供需結(jié)構(gòu)匹配的重要性;(3)其他控制變量也影響企業(yè)選址,但不同行業(yè)的關(guān)注點各有側(cè)重。輕工業(yè)重市場,重工業(yè)重資源,高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)重地價。
[Abstract]:The scale, occupation structure and spatial distribution of industrial labor pool in 286 cities and more cities in China are estimated and described in this paper. It is found that the pool of labor pool is unevenly distributed in space. The coastal area has obvious advantages in both scale and specialization. This paper uses microenterprise data to construct a measurement model test. The effect of the labor pool on the site selection of the new enterprise shows that: (1) the status of the labor pool has a significant impact on the site selection of the new enterprise. The enterprise tends to choose the large scale of the total amount of the labor pool, the high match of the supply and demand structure and the low wage level, and (2) the high level of industrialization in the area with high level of industrialization and the high demand for the industry. The need for structural matching is more strongly influenced, the process of industrialization is promoted, and the upgrading of industrial structure will further highlight the importance of matching supply and demand structure. (3) other control variables also affect the location of enterprises, but the focus of different industries is focused.
