【摘要】：從原材料到產(chǎn)品增值的價值鏈就是供應(yīng)鏈，供應(yīng)鏈在企業(yè)的運(yùn)營中發(fā)揮著核心作用，關(guān)于供應(yīng)鏈的管理也越來越成為當(dāng)下熱門的話題，而供應(yīng)鏈的穩(wěn)定與否則關(guān)系到企業(yè)運(yùn)作的平穩(wěn)，造成供應(yīng)鏈損失或者中斷的因素稱之為供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險，管理和控制供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險已成為企業(yè)抵御不利的外部和內(nèi)部因素的重要手段。 糧油企業(yè)是以生產(chǎn)植物食用油和動物飼料原料為主的食品企業(yè)，食用油是百姓日常生活的必需品和易耗品，因此糧油企業(yè)是關(guān)乎民生，以及國家大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)安全的重要因素。而隨著國家對外資糧油企業(yè)的放開，跨國糧油企業(yè)在我國的食用油市場上占據(jù)了半壁江山，而他們的供應(yīng)鏈具有自身的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢，而本文正是從跨國糧油企業(yè)的角度分析他們供應(yīng)鏈各個環(huán)節(jié)的風(fēng)險構(gòu)成，從原材料采購，大豆壓榨生產(chǎn)以及銷售三個環(huán)節(jié)探究風(fēng)險因素的種類以及形成原因，首先，在采購環(huán)節(jié)中，企業(yè)需要進(jìn)口大豆作為生產(chǎn)原料，企業(yè)面臨的主要采購風(fēng)險就是大豆的價格波動，本文基于SPSS軟件，運(yùn)用主成分分析法來分析影響大豆價格波動的主要因素，并提出預(yù)防和控制價格風(fēng)險的措施；其次，在生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)，運(yùn)用事故樹分析方法得出影響生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的主要風(fēng)險因素，并提出防控措施；第三，在銷售環(huán)節(jié)，產(chǎn)品價格風(fēng)險不可避免，同樣利用主成份分析法來分析影響豆粕和豆油價格波動的主要因素，同時分析銷售環(huán)節(jié)中的其他管理風(fēng)險和控制方法；第四，本文還設(shè)計出適用于跨國糧油企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，其中的風(fēng)險因素分析環(huán)節(jié)運(yùn)用多級模糊綜合評價法，評價出企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)節(jié)中不同風(fēng)險對供應(yīng)鏈的影響程度從而更有針對性的采取控制措施，，最后以某糧油公司C公司為實際案例進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究，得出C公司的供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險等級，以及監(jiān)控體系。 本文研究結(jié)果認(rèn)為，跨國糧油企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈相對穩(wěn)定，發(fā)生供應(yīng)鏈中斷的可能性不大，但在各個環(huán)節(jié)都存在影響供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定的風(fēng)險因素，供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)仍然需要建立來應(yīng)對隨時可能發(fā)生的風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:The value chain from raw material to product increment is supply chain. Supply chain plays a central role in the operation of enterprises. The management of supply chain has become a hot topic. The stability of supply chain or otherwise is related to the smooth operation of the enterprise. The factors causing the loss or interruption of supply chain are called supply chain risk. Management and control of supply chain risk has become an important means for enterprises to resist adverse external and internal factors. Grain and oil enterprises are food enterprises which mainly produce vegetable edible oil and animal feed raw materials. Edible oil is the daily necessities and consumables of the people. Therefore, grain and oil enterprises are important factors for the livelihood of people and the safety of the national soybean industry. With the opening up of foreign-funded grain and oil enterprises by the state, multinational grain and oil enterprises have occupied half of the edible oil market in China, and their supply chains have their own unique advantages. From the perspective of multinational grain and oil enterprises, this paper analyzes the risk composition of each link in their supply chain, and explores the types and causes of risk factors from the three links of raw material procurement, soybean crushing production and marketing. In the process of purchasing, the enterprise needs to import soybean as raw material, and the main purchasing risk faced by enterprises is the price fluctuation of soybean. Based on SPSS software, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the fluctuation of soybean price by principal component analysis. The measures to prevent and control the price risk are put forward. Secondly, the main risk factors affecting the operation of the production system are obtained by using the accident tree analysis method in the production link, and the prevention and control measures are put forward. Product price risk is inevitable, also use principal component analysis to analyze the main factors that affect the price fluctuation of soybean meal and soybean oil, at the same time, analyze other management risks and control methods in the sales link; fourth, This paper also designs a monitoring system for the supply chain risk of transnational grain and oil enterprises, in which the risk factors are analyzed by multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The paper evaluates the influence degree of different risks on supply chain in enterprise supply chain, so as to take control measures more pertinently. Finally, taking C company of a grain and oil company as an actual case, the monitoring system of supply chain risk is studied. C company's supply chain risk level, and monitoring system. The conclusion of this paper is that the supply chain of transnational grain and oil enterprises is relatively stable, the possibility of supply chain interruption is not great, but there are risk factors that affect the supply chain stability in every link. Supply chain risk monitoring systems still need to be set up to deal with the risks that may occur at any time.
