【摘要】:隨著21世紀(jì)的到來,全球眾多企業(yè)面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境更加易于變化和難以預(yù)測(cè)。面對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的快速變化、產(chǎn)業(yè)全球化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者富于侵略性的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)行為以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者對(duì)一系列競(jìng)爭(zhēng)行為進(jìn)行反應(yīng)所帶來的挑戰(zhàn),使企業(yè)越來越難以適應(yīng)快速變化的環(huán)境。過去30年,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)經(jīng)歷了翻天覆地的變化,以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向的改革在最近20年間使中國經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了近兩位數(shù)的增長,在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和中國加入“WTO”的大背景下,中國中小企業(yè)將面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)和諸多誘惑。常州天晟新材料股份有限公司于2011年1月25日正式在深圳創(chuàng)業(yè)版上市,作為中小企業(yè)為應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)日趨激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),為了獲得又好又快的發(fā)展,公司必須制定明確且有效的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,形成企業(yè)自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本文介紹了常州天晟新材料股份有限公司企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃研究的背景、研究意義、研究方法等相關(guān)內(nèi)容,然后從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的定義、內(nèi)容、流程進(jìn)行論述。以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理規(guī)劃相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),重點(diǎn)通過對(duì)常州天晟新材料股份有限公司所處外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境和內(nèi)部資源現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研和分析,嘗試使用了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)趨勢(shì)外推法、回歸分析法、宏觀環(huán)境分析、行業(yè)環(huán)境分析、細(xì)分市場(chǎng)分析等方法,規(guī)劃和制定常州天晟新材料股份有限公司未來五年的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;進(jìn)一步根據(jù)常州天晟新材料股份有限公司經(jīng)營發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,制定出企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施步驟和構(gòu)建了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略控制體系。在戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施中采用企業(yè)矩陣式組織架構(gòu),以期使企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略得到有效實(shí)施和戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施流程簡(jiǎn)化,在戰(zhàn)略控制體系中引入戰(zhàn)略績效管理體系和持續(xù)改進(jìn)管控機(jī)制。 本文希望通過常州天晟新材料股份公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,探索出適合企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀并能為其帶來競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃方法、流程。本文對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)版上市企業(yè)建立企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理模式,完善企業(yè)管理體系,確定企業(yè)經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向的流程等方面具有一定的參考和借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the 21st century, the competitive environment faced by many enterprises in the world is more easy to change and difficult to predict. In the face of the rapid change of competitive environment, the aggravation of industrial globalization competition, the aggressive competitive behavior of competitors and the challenges caused by competitors' response to a series of competitive behaviors, It is becoming more and more difficult for enterprises to adapt to the rapidly changing environment. In the past 30 years, China's economy has undergone earth-shaking changes. The market-oriented reform has enabled China's economy to achieve nearly double-digit growth in the last 20 years. Under the background of economic globalization and China's entry into the WTO, Small and medium-sized enterprises in China will face severe challenges and many temptations. Changzhou Tiansheng New material Co., Ltd. was officially listed in Shenzhen Venture Edition on January 25, 2011. As a small and medium-sized enterprise, in order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in the market, in order to obtain good and rapid development, The company must formulate a clear and effective enterprise development strategy to form its own competitive advantage. This paper introduces the background, significance and research methods of the research on the enterprise strategic planning of Changzhou Tiansheng New material Co., Ltd., and then discusses the definition, content and process of the enterprise strategy. Based on the relevant theories of enterprise strategic management planning, this paper attempts to use the extrapolation method of enterprise strategic objective trend through the investigation and analysis of the external competitive environment and internal resource status of Changzhou Tiansheng New material Co., Ltd. Regression analysis, macro environmental analysis, industry environment analysis, market segmentation analysis and other methods, planning and formulation of Changzhou Tiansheng New material Co., Ltd. in the next five years of enterprise development strategy; According to the management and development strategy of Changzhou Tiansheng New material Co., Ltd, the implementation steps of enterprise strategy and the construction of enterprise strategy control system are worked out. The enterprise matrix organization structure is adopted in the strategy implementation in order to make the enterprise strategy be implemented effectively and the process of strategy implementation is simplified the strategic performance management system and the continuous improvement of the control mechanism are introduced into the strategic control system. This paper hopes that through the practical application of the strategic planning of Changzhou Tiansheng New material Co., Ltd, we can find out the method and process of enterprise strategic planning which is suitable for the present situation of the enterprise and can bring its competitive advantage. This paper has certain reference and reference value in establishing enterprise strategic management mode, perfecting enterprise management system, and determining the process of enterprise management strategy development direction.
