企業(yè)異質(zhì)性、出口與企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新

【摘要】:本文立足于企業(yè)異質(zhì)性理論,把微觀企業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象,以《中國工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫》2007年的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)為樣本。首先選取總體樣本,利用Logit模型分析了以全要素生產(chǎn)率為代表的企業(yè)異質(zhì)性以及出口對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響;然后選取總體樣本中既有出口又有新產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)值的企業(yè)樣本,并用多元線性模型進(jìn)行回歸分析;最后又進(jìn)一步討論了在不同地區(qū)和所有制類型下,企業(yè)異質(zhì)性與出口對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響是否存在差異性。研究結(jié)果表明:1、對(duì)總體企業(yè)而言,全要素生產(chǎn)率的提高并不能提高企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新傾向,而對(duì)既有出口又有創(chuàng)新的企業(yè)而言,全要素生產(chǎn)率的提高能夠增加企業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)值;2、出口對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新具有正效應(yīng),即參與出口的企業(yè)與不參與出口的企業(yè)相比,具有更高的創(chuàng)新傾向,或者說出口額越大的企業(yè),其新產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)值也越大;3、在其它代表企業(yè)異質(zhì)性的特征中,企業(yè)規(guī)模和企業(yè)創(chuàng)新之間存在“U型”關(guān)系,也就是說,,大企業(yè)和小企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新傾向較高,而中型企業(yè)比較低。另外,企業(yè)平均工資與資本密集度等要素亦對(duì)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)有促進(jìn)作用;4、與西部地區(qū)企業(yè)相比,全要素生產(chǎn)率對(duì)東部地區(qū)出口-創(chuàng)新企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新的影響程度會(huì)更大一些;平均工資、企業(yè)利潤均對(duì)各種所有制類型的企業(yè)創(chuàng)新有促進(jìn)作用,但這種促進(jìn)作用在非國有企業(yè)中體現(xiàn)得比較明顯。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of enterprise heterogeneity, this paper takes microenterprises as the research object, and takes the statistical data of China Industrial Enterprise Database in 2007 as the sample. Firstly, the paper selects the total sample, analyzes the heterogeneity of enterprises represented by total factor productivity (TFP) and the impact of export on enterprise technological innovation by logit model, and then selects the sample of enterprises with both export and output value of new products in the total sample. At last, the paper discusses whether there are differences in the influence of enterprise heterogeneity and export on enterprise technological innovation under different regions and ownership types. The research results show that the increase of total factor productivity can not improve the innovation tendency of enterprises, but for enterprises with both export and innovation, the increase of total factor productivity can increase the output value of new products. (2) Export has a positive effect on enterprise innovation, that is, the enterprise participating in export has a higher tendency to innovate than the enterprise that does not participate in export. In other words, the larger the export volume, the greater the output value of new products; 3. Among the other characteristics representing the heterogeneity of enterprises, there is a "U type" relationship between enterprise size and enterprise innovation, that is to say, large and small enterprises have a higher tendency to innovate, while medium-sized enterprises have a relatively low tendency to innovate. In addition, the factors such as average wages and capital intensity also promote the innovation activities of enterprises. Compared with the enterprises in the western region, the total factor productivity will have a greater impact on the innovation of export-innovation enterprises in the eastern region. The average salary and profit can promote the innovation of enterprises of various ownership types, but this kind of promotion effect is obvious in the non-state-owned enterprises.
