【摘要】：我國是鋼鐵產(chǎn)量大國，每年生產(chǎn)大量的鋼材銷往世界各地，鋼鐵企業(yè)是重污染企業(yè)，生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的固體廢棄物和廢氣等污染物對環(huán)境造成惡劣的影響，環(huán)境污染問題已成為受關(guān)注的熱點問題，，資源能源的過度使用，環(huán)境的過度破壞嚴(yán)重威脅人類的生存與發(fā)展。為了資源的可再生使用和人類的生存環(huán)境，鋼鐵企業(yè)必須實施環(huán)境經(jīng)營，鋼鐵企業(yè)將環(huán)境經(jīng)營理念融入到企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理中，把環(huán)境經(jīng)營體系貫穿到產(chǎn)品的整個生命周期中，實現(xiàn)鋼鐵企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展是當(dāng)前重點。 鋼鐵企業(yè)環(huán)境經(jīng)營績效是鋼鐵企業(yè)實施環(huán)境經(jīng)營的績效體現(xiàn)，鋼鐵企業(yè)實施環(huán)境經(jīng)營的好壞直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的發(fā)展和對社會的影響，對鋼鐵企業(yè)的環(huán)境經(jīng)營實施績效評價，解決企業(yè)實施環(huán)境經(jīng)營時該做什么、如何做的更好等問題，有助于鋼鐵企業(yè)完善環(huán)境管理的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度，督促企業(yè)積極履行環(huán)境責(zé)任，促進經(jīng)濟績效、環(huán)境績效、社會績效共同發(fā)展。本文以環(huán)境經(jīng)營績效評價為立足點，通過對研究背景的了解和查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻，對環(huán)境經(jīng)營和可持續(xù)發(fā)展等相關(guān)理論進行分析，從環(huán)境經(jīng)營體系角度分析我國鋼鐵企業(yè)環(huán)境經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀，提出存在的問題，根據(jù)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建原則，利用突變級數(shù)法構(gòu)建環(huán)境經(jīng)營績效評價指標(biāo)體系，并以我國某鋼鐵企業(yè)為例進行縱向?qū)Ρ确治�，結(jié)果表明我國鋼鐵企業(yè)實施環(huán)境經(jīng)營后的績效有所提高，并提出鋼鐵企業(yè)環(huán)境經(jīng)營績效的提升策略。
[Abstract]:China is a big country in steel production, producing a large number of steel products every year to sell to all parts of the world. Iron and steel enterprises are heavily polluted enterprises, and pollutants such as solid wastes and exhaust gas produced in the production process have a bad impact on the environment. The problem of environmental pollution has become a hot issue of concern. The excessive use of resources and energy and the excessive destruction of the environment seriously threaten the survival and development of human beings. For the renewable use of resources and human survival environment, iron and steel enterprises must implement environmental management, iron and steel enterprises will integrate environmental management concept into enterprise strategic management, environmental management system throughout the whole life cycle of products. It is important to realize the sustainable development of economy and environment in iron and steel enterprises. The environmental management performance of iron and steel enterprises is the embodiment of the implementation of environmental management in iron and steel enterprises. The implementation of environmental management in iron and steel enterprises is directly related to the development of enterprises and the impact on society, and the implementation of environmental performance evaluation of iron and steel enterprises. Solving the problems such as what to do and how to do better in the implementation of environmental management will help iron and steel enterprises to perfect the relevant rules and regulations of environmental management, urge enterprises to actively fulfill their environmental responsibilities, and promote economic performance and environmental performance. Social performance develops together. In this paper, the environmental management performance evaluation as a foothold, through the understanding of the research background and consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad, environmental management and sustainable development and other related theories are analyzed. This paper analyzes the present situation of environmental management of iron and steel enterprises in China from the point of view of environmental management system, and puts forward the existing problems. According to the principle of constructing index system, the index system of environmental management performance evaluation is constructed by using catastrophe series method. Taking an iron and steel enterprise in our country as an example, the results show that the performance of iron and steel enterprises has been improved after the implementation of environmental management, and the strategy of improving environmental performance of iron and steel enterprises is put forward.
