【摘要】：介紹了沖突礦產(chǎn)提出的背景和針對(duì)沖突礦產(chǎn)的貿(mào)易和應(yīng)用而制定的相關(guān)法律和規(guī)定。該概念的提出對(duì)世界礦產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)生了較大的影響,我國(guó)電子信息企業(yè)和礦產(chǎn)勘查"走出去"戰(zhàn)略都受到了挑戰(zhàn)和影響,我國(guó)企業(yè)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)沖突礦產(chǎn)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施,提高企業(yè)的應(yīng)對(duì)能力。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the background of conflict minerals and the relevant laws and regulations concerning the trade and application of conflict minerals. This concept has had a great impact on the world mineral market, and the electronic information enterprises and the "going out" strategy of mineral exploration in China have been challenged and influenced. The enterprises of our country should strengthen the measures to deal with the conflict minerals. Improve the coping ability of enterprises.
