【摘要】:在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計算之后,大數(shù)據(jù)為IT界帶來了另一個大的技術(shù)變革,并已然對現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的管理運營理念、商務(wù)決策模式、組織業(yè)務(wù)流程等產(chǎn)生了巨大影響,雖尚未形成統(tǒng)一、具體、系統(tǒng)的理論,但目前國內(nèi)外各行各業(yè)的知名企業(yè)都已紛紛展開對大數(shù)據(jù)的開發(fā)與利用,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)大都躍躍欲試,對其及時、有效的利用已迫在眉睫。 現(xiàn)在遇到的問題是企業(yè)如何才能有效的推行和利用大數(shù)據(jù)帶來的新的管理理念、決策模式和新興技術(shù)呢?這也就是本文要爭取解決的核心問題。通過分析不難發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)面臨全新的競爭環(huán)境,要引入和利用大數(shù)據(jù)時代帶來的新的管理理念和技術(shù)手段,則必然會對企業(yè)原有的管理運營模式、組織業(yè)務(wù)流程等提出挑戰(zhàn),這時便會產(chǎn)生企業(yè)流程再造的需求;而企業(yè)流程再造的核心目的和主要方法又恰恰符合這一時代需求;因而本文選擇從企業(yè)流程再造的角度探討和幫助企業(yè)尋求可以更好的迎接、理解、推行和運用大數(shù)據(jù)時代帶來的新的管理理念、決策模式和新興技術(shù)的實現(xiàn)途徑,具有較強的理論與實踐意義。 本文首先概述了大數(shù)據(jù)的概念、由來和應(yīng)用;對BPR的基本內(nèi)涵、主要思想以及研究內(nèi)容進行了介紹與分析;之后重點分析出企業(yè)選擇合理的流程再造方式來應(yīng)對大數(shù)據(jù)時代的必要性和可行性,明確了實施符合和滿足大數(shù)據(jù)背景要求的流程再造方法是企業(yè)迎接和應(yīng)對大數(shù)據(jù)時代的重要途徑和可行之舉;然后本文基于對傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)流程再造的實施步驟和方法的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,分析了企業(yè)基于大數(shù)據(jù)背景實施流程再造應(yīng)注意的關(guān)鍵性問題,再結(jié)合大數(shù)據(jù)時代的特點,提出了大數(shù)據(jù)背景下的企業(yè)流程再造的實施方法——“雙線融合企業(yè)流程再造法”;最后以瀚達公司為例,運用雙線融合再造法對其新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程進行了重點分析和再造,提出了瀚達公司的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程優(yōu)化方案,并繪制出了相應(yīng)的再造流程圖,為瀚達公司和類似企業(yè)應(yīng)對大數(shù)據(jù)時代進行企業(yè)流程再造的實施思路和方式提供了較強的示范作用和參考價值。
[Abstract]:After the Internet of things, cloud computing, big data has brought another big technological change to IT, and has had a great impact on modern enterprise management and operation concept, business decision-making mode, organization business process, etc., although it has not yet formed a unified. Concrete, systematic theory, but at present, domestic and foreign well-known enterprises from all walks of life have launched the development and utilization of big data. Most modern enterprises are eager to try, and it is urgent to make timely and effective use of it. Now the problem is how can enterprises effectively implement and utilize the new management concept, decision-making mode and emerging technology brought by big data? This is the core of this paper to solve. It is not difficult to find that enterprises are faced with a new competitive environment. To introduce and make use of the new management concepts and technical means brought about by the big data era will inevitably challenge the enterprise's original management and operation mode and organizational business process. Then the demand of business process reengineering will arise, and the core purpose and main method of enterprise process reengineering will meet the needs of this era. Therefore, this paper chooses to explore and help enterprises to find a better way to meet, understand, promote and apply the new management concept, decision-making mode and new technology brought by big data era from the angle of business process reengineering. It has strong theoretical and practical significance. Firstly, this paper summarizes the concept, origin and application of big data, introduces and analyzes its basic connotation, main ideas and research contents. Then it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of choosing a reasonable process reengineering method to deal with the big data era. It is clear that it is an important way and feasible for enterprises to meet the background requirements of big data and meet the requirements of big data. Then, based on the research on the implementation steps and methods of traditional business process reengineering, this paper analyzes the key problems that enterprises should pay attention to in the implementation of process reengineering based on big data background, and then combines the characteristics of the era of big data. This paper puts forward the implementation method of enterprise process reengineering under the background of big data-"dual line fusion enterprise process reengineering method", and finally, taking Handa Company as an example, analyzes and reengineering its new product development process by means of double line fusion reengineering method. The optimization scheme of new product development process of Handa Company is put forward, and the corresponding reengineering flow chart is drawn. It provides a strong demonstration and reference value for Handa Company and similar enterprises to carry out business process reengineering in the era of big data.
