基于U型布局的制造單元構(gòu)建研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:制造業(yè)在作為我國國民經(jīng)濟支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的同時,也是國家競爭力的一種體現(xiàn)方式。單元制造系統(tǒng)因其“三高一低”(效率高、柔性高、質(zhì)量高、成本低)的顯著特點已經(jīng)成為了現(xiàn)如今制造業(yè)發(fā)展的主要趨勢。與此同時,單元制造技術(shù)因為能夠把大批量制造的經(jīng)濟性和中小批量制造的靈活性有效結(jié)合起來,已經(jīng)引起了眾多學(xué)者和企業(yè)家的關(guān)注。單元構(gòu)建是單元制造的重要組成部分,同時也是單元制造的基礎(chǔ)。本文以U型制造單元為研究對象,以總的物流費用和負(fù)荷差懲罰成本最小為目標(biāo),對單元構(gòu)建進(jìn)行了一些研究,主要內(nèi)容包括:首先,基于設(shè)備的U型布局,綜合考慮了零件的需求信息及多工藝路徑問題,設(shè)備能力的限制等多種企業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的實際因素,通過數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)劃法,以單元內(nèi)和單元間總的物流費用最小和設(shè)備負(fù)荷差懲罰成本最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立了單元構(gòu)建的數(shù)學(xué)模型。其次,通過對遺傳算法的基本概念及其流程的了解,引入了一個數(shù)值算例,應(yīng)用遺傳算法,對單元構(gòu)建的數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行求解,得出了一個最優(yōu)單元劃分方案,驗證了模型的可行性。而在遺傳算法的具體操作過程當(dāng)中,本文將“輪盤賭選擇法”和“最佳個體保留法”進(jìn)行了有機的結(jié)合,從而讓目標(biāo)函數(shù)可以更快更好地收斂于最優(yōu)解。最后,結(jié)合SXZR機械制造有限公司的實際情況,在詳細(xì)調(diào)研和數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對該公司鏈條機加工車間的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,將本文研究的單元構(gòu)建技術(shù)應(yīng)用于該車間的精益生產(chǎn)布局改造,即:實行單元式制造,并對車間內(nèi)的設(shè)備進(jìn)行單元化U型布置。實際運營結(jié)果表明:重構(gòu)后的單元間和單元內(nèi)的總物流費用的控制和設(shè)備的負(fù)荷均衡性這兩大指標(biāo)均得到了明顯的改進(jìn),也就是說,大大降低了物流費用,均衡了設(shè)備的負(fù)荷,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of our national economy, manufacturing industry is also the embodiment of national competitiveness. Cell manufacturing system has become the main trend of manufacturing development nowadays because of its remarkable characteristics of "three high and one low" (high efficiency, high flexibility, high quality and low cost). At the same time, cell manufacturing technology has attracted the attention of many scholars and entrepreneurs because it can effectively combine the economy of mass manufacturing with the flexibility of medium and small batch manufacturing. Cell building is an important part of cell manufacturing, and it is also the basis of cell manufacturing. In this paper, we take U type manufacturing unit as the research object, take the total logistics cost and load difference penalty cost as the goal, and do some research on the unit construction. The main contents are as follows: first, the U-type layout based on the equipment. Considering the demand information of parts and the problems of multi-process path, the limitation of equipment capacity and other practical factors in the production of many enterprises, the mathematical programming method is adopted. Taking the minimum total logistics cost and the minimum penalty cost of equipment load difference as objective functions, the mathematical model of unit construction is established. Secondly, through the understanding of the basic concept and flow of genetic algorithm, a numerical example is introduced, and the mathematical model of unit construction is solved by using genetic algorithm, and an optimal unit partition scheme is obtained. The feasibility of the model is verified. In the process of operation of genetic algorithm, this paper combines the "roulette selection method" and "best individual retention method" organically, so that the objective function can converge to the optimal solution faster and better. Finally, combined with the actual situation of SXZR Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., on the basis of detailed investigation and data analysis, aiming at the current situation and existing problems of chain machining workshop of SXZR, The unit construction technology studied in this paper is applied to the lean production layout transformation of the workshop, that is, the unit manufacturing is carried out, and the equipment in the workshop is arranged in a unit U shape. The actual operation results show that the control of the total logistics cost and the load balance of the equipment have been improved obviously, that is to say, the logistics cost is greatly reduced and the load of the equipment is balanced. The production efficiency is improved.
