【摘要】:LT電力通信設(shè)備代理公司于2007年成立,是一家國外電力通信設(shè)備生產(chǎn)商ALX在華北地區(qū)的獨(dú)家代理商。2005年開始,國家電網(wǎng)公司已經(jīng)對330千伏及以上輸變電工程的設(shè)備、材料進(jìn)行了集中采購。國網(wǎng)集中采購對于設(shè)備供應(yīng)商的要求不僅要有計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)集成資質(zhì)等硬性資質(zhì),還有諸如注冊資金達(dá)到5000萬元人民幣等硬性規(guī)模要求。這對于一個(gè)中小型的代理公司來說,就意味著失去了投標(biāo)資格與競爭機(jī)會(huì)。不止如此,從2012年開始,出于對國家安全方面的考慮,國家對于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)如電力行業(yè),已經(jīng)開始逐步排斥進(jìn)口設(shè)備。也就是說LT電力通信設(shè)備代理公司代理的ALX品牌的通信設(shè)備也被納入了被替換的行列。面臨這樣一個(gè)嚴(yán)峻的市場環(huán)境,LT電力通信設(shè)備代理公司及時(shí)調(diào)整了企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,使得企業(yè)的銷售額從最初的500萬,增長到1000萬、5000萬、8000萬甚至到最近連續(xù)三年的1億元以上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了銷售額的逆襲。面臨日益嚴(yán)峻的市場形勢,LT電力通信設(shè)備代理公司應(yīng)該如何制定新的戰(zhàn)略方案來支持企業(yè)的發(fā)展?文章運(yùn)用企業(yè)管理的有關(guān)理論,研究和探討了LT電力通信設(shè)備代理公司的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略。介紹了LT電力通信設(shè)備代理公司的基本情況,運(yùn)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論,PEST分析方法、波特五力分析模型以及SWOT分析法找出了企業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢和劣勢、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),并對LT公司的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部資源能力進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)合本人在企業(yè)中的六年實(shí)際工作體驗(yàn),深入的研究了企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和具體的實(shí)施方案。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于研究中小型代理類企業(yè),在面對市場的強(qiáng)烈變化時(shí)、在產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重的困難中,如何審時(shí)度勢,利用企業(yè)管理的理論與企業(yè)自身?xiàng)l件和市場具體情況相結(jié)合的方法以制定和調(diào)整企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提高企業(yè)核心競爭力,擊敗競爭對手,渡盡劫波,在殘酷的市場競爭中生存下來并不斷發(fā)展壯大。
[Abstract]:LT Power Communication equipment Agency, founded in 2007, is an exclusive agent for ALX, a foreign producer of electric power communication equipment in North China. The materials were purchased centrally. The requirement of centralized purchasing for equipment supplier is not only hard qualification such as computer system integration qualification, but also hard scale requirement such as 50 million yuan registered capital. This, for a small and medium-sized agency, means the loss of bidding qualifications and competition opportunities. Beyond that, starting in 2012, for national security reasons, the state has started to phase out imported equipment for infrastructure construction, such as the electricity industry. In other words, LT electric power communication equipment agent ALX brand communication equipment is also included in the replacement ranks. Faced with such a severe market environment, LT Electric Power Communication equipment Agency Company timely adjusted its enterprise development strategy, so that the sales volume of the enterprises increased from the initial 5 million to 10 million, 50 million, 80 million or even more than 100 million yuan in the last three consecutive years. The reverse attack on sales was realized. Facing the increasingly severe market situation, how should LT electric power communication equipment agent company formulate new strategic plan to support the development of enterprises? Based on the theory of enterprise management, this paper studies and discusses the enterprise strategy of LT electric power communication equipment agent company. This paper introduces the basic situation of LT electric power communication equipment agency company, and finds out the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of enterprise development by using the theory of enterprise strategic management and pest analysis method, Porter's five-force analysis model and SWOT analysis method. The external environment and internal resource capacity of LT Company are analyzed. Combined with my six years of practical work experience in the enterprise, in-depth study of the development strategy and specific implementation of the enterprise. The innovation of this paper lies in the study of medium and small-sized agency enterprises, how to judge the situation in the face of the intense changes in the market and in the serious difficulties of product homogenization. In order to formulate and adjust the development strategy of the enterprise, to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise, to defeat the competitors, and to overcome the wave of disaster, the theory of enterprise management should be combined with the conditions of the enterprise itself and the specific conditions of the market to formulate and adjust the development strategy of the enterprise. In the cruel market competition to survive and continue to grow.
