【摘要】：近三十年來，我國建筑業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的產(chǎn)業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)率從1979年的1.3%增加至2012年的6%，，其間甚至達(dá)到10%，在我國產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中占據(jù)重要地位。建筑業(yè)作為重要產(chǎn)業(yè)，基于其產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀對建筑業(yè)規(guī)模發(fā)展空間和路徑進(jìn)行分析，對產(chǎn)業(yè)參與各方都具有重要意義。本文以重慶建筑業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)，通過理論歸納、現(xiàn)狀總結(jié)來分析重慶建筑業(yè)發(fā)展，通過數(shù)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方法對重慶建筑業(yè)發(fā)展空間測算，制定重慶建筑業(yè)發(fā)展策略。 首先，從選題背景出發(fā)，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外建筑業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和發(fā)展路徑研究文獻(xiàn)，歸納總結(jié)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展理論，明確經(jīng)濟(jì)增長定義，闡述經(jīng)濟(jì)增長理論發(fā)展；從基本要素、分工、產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期、產(chǎn)業(yè)演化路徑等四方面來闡述產(chǎn)業(yè)演化理論。 其次，從產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、從業(yè)規(guī)模、效率水平、盈利水平、競爭性、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等多方面對重慶建筑業(yè)內(nèi)部之間、直轄市之間、西部地區(qū)省份之間進(jìn)行比較，明確重慶建筑業(yè)所處定位和現(xiàn)狀。 再次，對重慶市建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)增長空間預(yù)測，基于重慶市建筑業(yè)規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)，選取無偏灰色馬爾科夫鏈方法和Logistic模型，預(yù)測重慶市建筑業(yè)增長趨勢和產(chǎn)業(yè)成長階段。 最后，基于柯布道格拉斯函數(shù)，結(jié)合集約度與粗放度數(shù)學(xué)公式，對重慶建筑業(yè)進(jìn)行因素貢獻(xiàn)度、集約度、粗放度測算，從而制定重慶市建筑業(yè)發(fā)展策略，提出產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化、技術(shù)發(fā)展、企業(yè)外向拓展、行業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)措施。
[Abstract]:In the past three decades, the industry contribution rate of China's construction industry in the national economy has increased from 1.3% in 1979 to 6% in 2012, and even reached 10%, which occupies an important position in the process of industrial development in China. As an important industry, it is of great significance to analyze the space and path of scale development of construction industry based on its industrial status. Based on the data of Chongqing construction industry, this paper analyzes the development of Chongqing construction industry through theoretical induction and summary of present situation, calculates the development space of Chongqing construction industry by quantitative economics method, and formulates the development strategy of Chongqing construction industry. First of all, from the background of the topic, combined with the domestic and foreign construction industry economic growth and development path research literature, summed up the economic growth and industrial development theory, clear definition of economic growth, economic growth theory development; from the basic elements, Division of labor, industry life cycle, industrial evolution path to elaborate the theory of industrial evolution. Secondly, from the industrial scale, the scale of employment, the level of efficiency, the level of profit, competitiveness, economic benefits and other aspects of the construction industry in Chongqing, between the municipalities directly under the Central Government, the provinces of the western region are compared. Make clear the position and present situation of Chongqing construction industry. Thirdly, based on the scale data of Chongqing construction industry, the unbiased grey Markov chain method and Logistic model are selected to forecast the growth trend and industry growth stage of Chongqing construction industry. Finally, based on Cobb Douglas function, combined with the mathematical formula of intensive degree and extensive degree, the factor contribution degree, intensive degree and extensive degree of Chongqing construction industry are calculated, so as to formulate the development strategy of Chongqing construction industry and put forward industrial optimization. Technology development, enterprise outward development, industry personnel training measures.
