【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步與經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程加快,作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)的建筑行業(yè)也迅速發(fā)展,高速公路建設(shè)高潮迭起,大量的建筑施工隊(duì)伍加入導(dǎo)致行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,在此背景下建筑行業(yè)面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)。企業(yè)要適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的變化、增強(qiáng)自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力、提供經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與運(yùn)作效率、實(shí)現(xiàn)公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,就必須集中各方面的資源進(jìn)行集約化管理,其中施工技術(shù)集約化管理對(duì)企業(yè)增強(qiáng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,為在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中贏得優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)揮著重要的作用。本文以中交路橋北方公司為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)該公司施工技術(shù)集約化管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用PEST分析法和SWOT分析法對(duì)北方公司推進(jìn)施工技術(shù)集約化管理的環(huán)境進(jìn)行探討,提出施工技術(shù)集約化的具體思路和總體目標(biāo),力求在施工技術(shù)集約化管理方法上取得突破,并對(duì)其實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了分析,以確保本文研究?jī)?nèi)容的可行性。文章首先對(duì)中交路橋北方公司施工技術(shù)集約化管理的課題的研究背景和研究意義進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹,并圍繞集約化管理以及施工技術(shù)管理的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果進(jìn)行了概況與分析；接下來(lái)對(duì)集約化管理和技術(shù)集約化管理的概念以及相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述,為本文的研究提供一定的理論支撐；其次介紹了中交路橋北方公司施工技術(shù)集約化管理的現(xiàn)狀,說(shuō)明了公司施工技術(shù)集約化管理中需要解決的問(wèn)題；針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題及分析結(jié)果,在對(duì)北方公司推進(jìn)施工技術(shù)集約化管理的環(huán)境分析、總體思路及發(fā)展目標(biāo)提出系統(tǒng)思路的基礎(chǔ)上,提出推進(jìn)施工技術(shù)集約化管理的方法,即人員集約化、方案集約化、技術(shù)集約和管理集約化,并對(duì)其實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了分析確保研究課題的可行性；最后針對(duì)實(shí)施的效果進(jìn)一步提出北方公司技術(shù)集約化管理的改進(jìn)措施和提升計(jì)劃。本文得出了一套行之有效的中交路橋北方公司推進(jìn)施工技術(shù)集約化管理的工作方法,不僅對(duì)中交路橋北方公司施工技術(shù)集約化管理開(kāi)展有重大的指導(dǎo)意義,也為其他公司推進(jìn)施工技術(shù)集約化管理的工作提供一定的參考和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the development of economy, the process of economic globalization accelerates, and the construction industry, which is the foundation of economic development, also develops rapidly. The high tide of highway construction and the participation of a large number of construction teams lead to the intensification of competition in the industry. In this context, the construction industry faces many challenges. In order to adapt to the changes of market environment, enhance their competitive power, provide economic benefits and operational efficiency, and realize the sustainable development of the company, enterprises must concentrate all kinds of resources for intensive management. The intensive management of construction technology plays an important role in enhancing the core competitiveness and winning the advantage in the competition. Taking Zhongjiao Road and Bridge North Company as the research object, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of intensive management of construction technology in this company. By using pest analysis and SWOT analysis, the paper discusses the environment of promoting intensive management of construction technology in Northern Company, puts forward the concrete thinking and overall goal of intensive construction technology, and tries to make a breakthrough in the intensive management method of construction technology. In order to ensure the feasibility of this paper, the effect of its implementation is analyzed. Firstly, the research background and significance of intensive management of construction technology in Zhongjiao Road and Bridge North Company are briefly introduced, and the research results of intensive management and construction technology management at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed. Then the concepts and related theories of intensive management and technology intensive management are expounded, which provides some theoretical support for the research of this paper. Secondly, the paper introduces the current situation of intensive management of construction technology in Zhongjiao Road and Bridge North Company. This paper explains the problems that need to be solved in intensive management of construction technology in the company, and analyzes the environment of promoting intensive management of construction technology in the north company in the light of these problems and the analysis results. On the basis of the overall thinking and the development goal, the paper puts forward the methods of promoting the intensive management of construction technology, that is, the intensification of personnel, the intensification of project, the intensification of technology and the intensification of management. Finally, according to the effect of implementation, the paper puts forward the improvement measures and promotion plan of technology intensive management in Northern Company. In this paper, a set of effective working methods to promote intensive management of construction technology in Zhongjiao Road and Bridge North Company is obtained, which is not only of great guiding significance for intensive management of construction technology in Zhongjiao Road and Bridge North Company, but also of great significance for the development of intensive management of construction technology in Zhongjiao Road and Bridge North Company. It also provides some reference for other companies to promote intensive management of construction technology.
